However, so far the learning media are not supported so that learning activities are not smooth. The purpose of this research is to describe the level of need for learning trainers that need to be developed for the Digital Engineering Practice course. This type of research is ex post facto with descriptive data analysis techniques. The research subjects were students of the Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that in the implementation of the Digital Engineering Practice, learning trainers were needed who could accommodate the workshop series on the job sheet and students needed trainers who could make various applicative and interesting work series. The earthquake that hit the city of Padang on September 30, 2009, recorded 383 people who died due to the quake. Since then, the local government strives to reduce the death rate during a disaster by providing disaster information to the public. This study aims to analyze the optimization of disaster communication by the disaster management office Padang city (BPBD) on disaster mitigation. This study is qualitative with descriptive methods, intended to understand the phenomenon experienced by research subjects. The results showed that BPBD Padang City had built good and intensive communication with the Padang City community. That can be seen from the existence of a special section of the BPBD that is tasked with disseminating information related to disaster mitigation, namely the disaster prevention and preparedness section. Also, the material presented was well prepared, involving experts in the field of disasters and NGOs. Furthermore, in conveying information to the public, BPBD uses a variety of media or channels, such as discussion forums, radio, television, social media (Facebook, wag), billboards, and making a \"tsunami save zone\" road markings to make people understand how to save themself if a disaster occurs. This disaster mitigation socialization has been carried out to the community of 15,000 houses and 50 urban villages in the tsunami red zone. The problem is the lack of creative efforts of the buffer communities of the Titab-Ularan Reservoir to support the development of artificial tourism and natural tourism as an integral part of the purpose and objectives of the construction of reservoirs for irrigation, raw water reserves and hydroelectric power plants, while the potential nature such as the natural beauty of agriculture and hills, the potential for large and stable river flows throughout the year and the agrarian culture has not been managed to be an additional source of income. In addition, the awareness and concern of the regional community for the environment to maintain the sustainability of the functions of the Titab-Ularan reservoir, especially the preservation and development of a green belt and the reduction or elimination of the causes of siltation of the reservoir need to be increased. This research is an ex post facto research. The data collection technique used was the measurement test. The research subjects of all male basketball athletes of FIK UNP were 15 athletes. There are two research instruments, namely anthropometric measurements and biomotor measurements. Anthropometric measurements using body weight and scales. Biomotor measurements used are sprint, sit and reach, handgrip, push up, sit up, back up, run test, wall pass, Multistage Fitness Test and vertical jump. The analysis technique used descriptive statistics with frequency in percentage form. This model is designed with the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) which has internal (employees) and external (public) customers. This model has used equtiy satisfaction as a measure of its quality. A quantitative approach has been chosen to test the sector models that have been found previously in the context of local government. Does this model also apply among indegeneous people in Kerinci. The population in this study is an ethnic group whose dominant characteristic of authenticity is Kerinci inland. With the multistage random sampling technique, a sample of 39 for the employees and 250 respondents for public was obtained. Data collection has used a validated and reliable questionnaire, which is distributed to respondents who have the relevant ethnicity. Then analyzed used regression. Sampling using the Slovin formula with proportate stratified random sampling technique with a total sample of 140 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement consisting of four alternative answer. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression techniques with the help of the SPSS program. The proceeds showed that work discipline both individually and collectively, Organizational climate and career development have a significant effect on state civil apparatus job satisfaction with a standard error of 5%. Each of these variables has a different effect on job satisfaction of state civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religion Office of West Sumatra. Many complaints and sadness as if only they in this world who are victims. Anxiety level reduction activity was held for MTs NW Perian students who experienced things like the symptoms above, this triggered devotees to set a plan of what activities should be done when going to hold activities for MTs NW Perian students. The activities that will be carried out in this process are Opening, Fatihah and Sholawatunnahdlatain, Speeches by school principals and servants, Warming, Implementation of spiritual therapy and game play, relaxation, and closing which are held for 3 months. The desired goal in conducting trauma healing for MTs NW Perian students is to reduce the level of student anxiety, increase the low mentality of students in dealing with events, and improve students' mentality. This resulted in their character not growing positively. Budaya Alam Minangkabau (BAM) course is one of the local content subjects in the West Sumatra. As an effort to strengthen character education for students, BAM lessons need special attention. It takes teaching materials that are oriented towards religious character and social character through the culture where the student is located, namely the Minangkabau Culture. The design of this teaching material uses a research development approach with the ADDIE model. In this stage the needs analysis is carried out at the Primary School in the Koto Tangah District of Padang City namely curriculum analysis and student character analysis. The teaching material to be developed is extracted from Minangkabau Cultural values that are easily understood because they can be found and implemented in students' social lives. This teaching material is also equipped with rhymes and speeches using the Minangkabau Language. Where the number of children dropping out of school is very high. The majority of the final education of Gili Re coastal children only reaches primary school (SD) and not a few who drop out of school at the junior secondary level. The contributing factors are the lack of educational facilities, the economic conditions of parents and the views of parents and children on the importance of education.
