This involved the forty-five Elementary teachers teaching Grade levels 1 to 3 in the nine selected public elementary schools in the Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Camarines Sur, Buhi South District, Philippines, for the School Year 2022-2023. The study results revealed that teachers are Highly competent in content knowledge and pedagogy except in the utilization and application of research-based knowledge and principles of teaching and learning. The results further revealed that their professional peers were the most influential factor that affects them. Quantitative data shows that teachers' competency along content knowledge application within and across the curriculum areas, as well as the utilization of Mother tongue, Filipino, and English language, were significant in their demographic characteristics. It recommends that DepEd officials prioritize teachers' professional development that is tailored to their needs to continuously improve","PeriodicalId":210039,"journal":{"name":"International Education Trend Issues","volume":"28 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139448757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses a Quantitative approach. The research subjects were teachers at the State Junior High School in Batu City. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study were all teachers at the State Junior High School in Batu City. While the sample in this study amounted to 302 respondents using saturated samples. There are four tests in this study, namely descriptive analysis test, data validity and reliability test, prerequisite analysis test, and the last data hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, there is an organizational climate Path coefficient value of 0.119, meaning that the organizational climate has a direct influence on teacher performance. Then the organizational culture Path coefficient value of 0.436 means that the organizational climate directly contributes to the influence on teacher performance. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational climate and culture affect teacher performance. The better the climate and organizational culture in the Batu City State Junior High School, the more teacher performance will also increase.","PeriodicalId":210039,"journal":{"name":"International Education Trend Issues","volume":"47 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139165397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the innovations was carried out by developing the Android-based \" Money Adventure E-module \" in economic learning. The Money Adventure e-module is expected to provide a pleasant learning experience and overcome difficulties in understanding money and payment instruments, as well as improving student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop Android-based e-modules as effective learning materials in economics learning to support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The development of this e-module was carried out using the 4D model from Thiagrajan, which was followed by testing the effectiveness of the e-module in improving student learning outcomes, through quasi-experimental activities with a nonequivalent control group design model, in class X-2 as an experimental class and class X - 3 as a control class. The material expert validation test results were 91.67 % with very good criteria, while the material and learning media expert validation results were 88.33% with good criteria. The Money Adventure e-module has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in learning economics regarding money and payment instruments. This can be seen from the average post-test score for the experimental class (88.19 ) which is higher than the control class (65.83). This is also reinforced by the results of the average difference test for the experimental class and the control class which shows that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class","PeriodicalId":210039,"journal":{"name":"International Education Trend Issues","volume":"50 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139279421","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
