Based on the calculation and decomposition of gini coefficient, the revenue distribution influence factor model based on gini coefficient is constructed. Reasinference tests the decomposition model using t statistics and f statistics, showing that the statistical output residual approximate normal distribution, which verifies the effectiveness of the model. Also set up 6 determinants, including Tax Revenue, Population ages 65 and above, Gross savings, Poverty head count ratio at national poverty lines, Labour force with advanced education, GDP per capita to study the impact of different factors on the income distribution around the world. We introduce and discuss the related technologies needed for the implementation of the system, and focus on the analysis of the application status of teaching resource platform based on Hadoop framework. We also use different database management systems to deal with structured and unstructured data respectively. Then the overall architecture of the system is constructed by MVC and web service mode, and the design and implementation methods of key modules are provided. In the system test, JSP + MySQL + Apache is used to complete the design process of the web interface of the teaching resource platform. In the environment of Internet of things, the overall framework of the system is designed. In order to improve the operation performance of the system, in the hardware part of the system, the obstacle recognition module and vehicle position display module are designed to accurately collect the position information of obstacles and vehicles. In the part of system software design, the artificial potential field method is used to calculate the repulsion force and gravity of the vehicle, and the resultant force is calculated according to the calculation results. According to the results of resultant force calculation, the optimal path planning function is constructed to complete the path planning. This paper calculates the similarity of the economic growth data which can be disclosed by enterprises, including concept similarity, instance similarity and attribute similarity, and uses the association rule method to weight the three kinds of similarity, and obtains the weighted calculation results of the comprehensive similarity of enterprise economic data. According to the results of comprehensive similarity calculation, AHP is used to build the enterprise level economic growth quality evaluation system, and information entropy is used to calculate the weight entropy of different evaluation indexes, so as to clarify the importance of different evaluation indexes. According to the results of weight calculation, the evaluation model of enterprise economic growth quality is constructed, and the output of the model is the evaluation result. Our strategy is mainly for streaming media file transmission in video surveillance, such as H.264 and MP4, to provide QoS for transmission in wireless network. We also improve the routing model of wireless network based on ant colony from data structure change and pheromone update, so that it can forward data packets more stably and efficiently. Then the network test results are sorted out and analyzed.
