Accurately dividing the lightning risk of line corridor terrain and landform is beneficial to the differentiated lightning protection of power distribution line. Based on the statistical analysis of the survey data, the terrain and landform of the towers of distribution lines with different lightning risk were represented by 7 parameters, such as the height of the poles and towers and the inclination of the ground. BP neural network classifier and support vector machine are used to classify and identify the lightning strike risk of specific distribution line tower. This paper proposes an efficient distributed mining algorithm for large-scale graph data based on multi utility threshold. In the form of undirected label, the frequent item sets of large-scale graph data are constructed, and the graph data item sets are sorted according to the minimum utility average value, and the useless items are deleted. Design a graph data utility list to store the necessary item set information. The pruning strategy is set based on multi utility threshold, and the upper utility limit of transaction is adjusted to reduce the search space. Design the distributed mining algorithm of graph data, traverse the search space, and achieve the balance of computing load. The experimental results show that in the same data set test, the memory peak of the proposed algorithm is lower than FHM algorithm, HAUIM-MMAU algorithm and FP-Storm algorithm. Firstly, we analyze the information process of BIM during the process of power transmission and transformation project cost, and establish a power transmission and transformation project library that meets the calculation specification of power engineering quantity base on IFC. Then, through the comparison and selection of pricing schemes, the engineering quantity statistics is developed to read the quantities exported from the Revit model by pricing software. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of digital resource transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and formulates evaluation indicators through questionnaire survey. Based on the determined evaluation index, the weight of evaluation index is calculated. According to the weight calculation results, the digital resource sharing model of small and medium-sized enterprises is constructed in the ”cloud +” mode. A semantic text feature coding control model for modeling data of applied English talents' translation ability is constructed by using distributed integration of semantic ontology and model base and joint control of English talents' translation. This paper constructs the password structure of principal component feature distribution of applied English talents' translation ability modeling data, realizes semantic roughness construction of applied English talents' translation ability modeling data and talents' application ability modeling according to the coding feature distribution of applied English talents' translation ability modeling protocol, and adopts improved BP neural network to realize the construction of applied English talents' translation ability model. First of all, we defined the concept of smart classroom and network teaching platform, and combined with the needs of online teaching. The basic architecture of intelligent teaching platform under SCT mode is established. Then, based on the software development process, applying object-oriented thinking and MVC framework, the dual-mode service platform of PC and mobile is designed. In the specific design, ASP.NET and MySQL database development technology are used to realize the client access between PC platform and Android, as the design of key modules. Finally, taking physical education teaching as an example, the platform is tested and analyzed. The results show that the program can meet the needs of physical education teaching process. This paper aims to establish the basis of emotional modeling which need to explore the correspondence between music data and auditory tension. It is the basic starting point and it contains the knowledge model and data model of emotion recognition modeling method and it mainly analyzes the music tone said, transfer and recognition in the process of psychological mode. Through data collection, data preprocessing, classification rule mining, we evaluate the output four steps for auditory tone recognition model research. Then it is based on fisher discriminant method which adopts SPSS for data analysis. The shape, size, external characteristics and internal structure of walnut leaf buds were clearly displayed by reconstructing the 3D virtual leaf buds based on the scanning images. Our results showed that the structure of the leaf bud, in successive order from outside to inside, was composed of squamae, young leaves and vascular bundles, and there were 8 bud scales and 5 young leaves for each leaf bud.
