After the constructing of the current power knowledge graph, the power data in graphs are not often updated. With the increasing of power project data and the change of existing power project progress, it is necessary to update the power project knowledge graph. In order to ensure the effective of the power project knowledge graph, the old power knowledge graph should be updated using the new power data. The method, which is used for updating the current power knowledge graph using Neo4j graph database through Cypher, was proposed in this paper. The proposed power project knowledge graph updating method is not only for per-data, but also effective for batch data. In order to improve the adaptive control accuracy of cutting temperature of CNC machine tools, a fuzzy monitor of cutting temperature is designed to realize the real-time monitoring of cutting temperature of CNC machine tools. Based on the real-time monitoring results of cutting temperature of CNC machine tools, Gauss heat source model is used to describe the heat flow distribution of cutting heat source. In two-dimensional space, through the heat source density and boundary conditions, the cutting temperature adaptive control function is constructed to complete the cutting temperature adaptive function of CNC machine tool. Firstly, the scheme preprocesses the music signal to obtain Mel's spectrum, and proposes the basic structure of music analysis by machine learning. Then, the conditional activation probability formula of feature fusion is redefined for the defect chapter of the restricted Boltzmann machine, and its learning algorithm is improved. Finally, the accuracy of classification is tested on FMA dataset. We first analyze the speech processing flow of the foreign language training and learning system based on speech recognition technology. Then HMM based speech recognition technology for feature parameter extraction is adopted for codebook generation and template training and the improved Viterbi model is used to reduce the amount of Gauss computation. Finally, the expert database is used to correct phonemes, illustrated by oral English training in real environment. In the software part of the system, the two-way long-term and short-term memory network of deep learning technology is used to extract features of English translation data, so as to improve the accuracy of translation. Firstly, the system frequency deviation is introduced into the load of submerged arc furnace and energy storage so that their active power can quickly respond to frequency variation to provide fast power support for the power grid and ensure the system frequency stability. Secondly, considering the state constraints of the submerged arc furnace and the energy storage and caculating the adjustable capacity, the ratio of the adjustable capacity is used to determine the active power regulation of each when participating in the emergency frequency control of the power grid.
