The structure of English phrase online translation platform includes database, server, search engine and client. In the logical structure design of this platform, star topology is used as the infrastructure. The background server and internal server of the system are all connected through a hub, which can directly send the needs of platform users to the server, improve the efficiency of the platform. The hardware design of the platform includes user registration module, translation project creation module and online translation module to ensure the realization and stability of the platform functions. In the software part of the platform, the feature weight and stylistic features of English phrases are calculated to improve the accuracy of English phrase translation. Through the establishment of fifteen degrees of freedom simulation model, the dynamic performance of rhombic car was analyzed under different speed and different road surface. The mathematical model's correctness of the ride comfort was verified according to testing the prototype of the rhombic car, the error was about 7% by comparing the experimental and simulation data, and the overall trend is consistent. So, the mathematical model was correct. In this paper, the basic principle of speech recognition is described in detail from the aspects of speech signal preprocessing, feature parameter extraction and HMM model matching. HMM, Viterbi decoding and speech evaluation algorithm are designed and applied. Then, based on the online collaborative learning platform, the recognition model is established by HMM, and the training resources in the experimental database are tested and analyzed. According to the principle of template decomposition, the template of the original gray image is decomposed into difference template and common template to calculate the edge strength of the image template and enhance the color balance. Based on the above results, the data points of color conversion channel of gray image are captured. Adaptive sampling strategy is used to resample the original gray image to improve the clarity. Finally, the color conversion is completed through the multi Gaussian mixture model. Firstly, the hexahedral element is selected to carry out isoparametric free transformation. According to the transformation results, the virtual displacement theory in the process of vehicle skeleton collision is constructed without considering the internal damping of the vehicle skeleton, and the collision equilibrium expression is constructed. Based on the analysis of hexahedral elements of automobile frame structure, the elastic-plastic equation of impact deformation is constructed, and the elastic-plastic equation of deformation is solved according to the stress-strain constitutive relation of automobile frame material. Under the yield condition, the impact force is calculated to complete the calculation of deformation parameters. In order to improve the convergence of the traditional ant colony optimization algorithm and avoid falling into the local optimal solution, the ant colony optimization algorithm is improved from three aspects: heuristic function, state selection strategy and pheromone allocation mechanism. Based on the improved ant colony optimization algorithm, the objective function of human resource dynamic allocation is constructed on the basis of human resource workload, work efficiency and work ability index, so as to obtain the optimal allocation results and complete the dynamic allocation of human resources. Combined with the feature analysis method, the storage structure allocation model is established, the feature extraction and fuzzy clustering analysis of big data are realized by using the spatial node rotation control, the fuzzy information fusion parameter analysis model is constructed, the frequency coupling parameter analysis is realized, the virtual inertia parameter analysis model is established, and the integrated processing of big data is realized according to the machine learning analysis results. According to the overall structure of the system, the system hardware is designed to meet the operation and use needs of the system. The system hardware module mainly includes user registration module, financial risk degree judgment module and data warehouse module. Through the coordination of each module, the overall operation performance of the system can be improved. In the software part of the system, the artificial intelligence algorithm is used to fully mine the enterprise financial risk data, and the financial risk management and control model is constructed to realize the intelligent management and control of financial risk. The statistical information mining model of total alkalinity and concentration characteristic distribution of related pollutants in eco-industrial park is constructed, the hydrogeological conditions are identified, the characteristic structural parameters of total alkalinity in eco-industrial park are determined, the improved genetic evolutionary algorithm method is adopted to manage the distribution characteristic of total alkalinity and concentration of related pollutants in eco-industrial park, and the aquifer parameters in the evaluation area are simulated. A transfer conduction control model of total alkalinity and related pollutants concentration characteristic distribution in eco-industrial park was established. The diversion rate and throughput of total alkalinity and related pollutants concentration characteristic distribution in eco-industrial park were taken as constraint indicators, and the transfer control of total alkalinity and related pollutants concentration characteristic distribution in eco-industrial park was carried out, so as to realize numerical quantitative detection and analysis of total alkalinity in eco-industrial park. The paper proposes a method of deep learning-based distributed vector representation for query expansion. The classic task of improving queries to improve retrieval performance is query expansion, refining user intent by filling in extended terms to fully understand the needs to achieve retrieval accuracy. In the query expansion, how to select the extended words is the key issue, and the quality of the extended words determines the performance of retrieval. The main feature of this method is to optimize the expansion words, improve the extended word relevance labeling strategy based on learning to rank, and use the word vector to construct features for the extended words for the construction and optimization of the extended word ranking model.
