Many areas have been provided with Doppler weather radar, and utilize the internet to interconnect the original data or image data. But interconnected data is usually PPI, and also affected by the scanning elevation and scanning speed, so there are some blind areas at the time of detecting severe convective weather near the sites. In this paper, the Bootstrap simulation technology is used to improve the structure of assets allocation of index tracking portfolio, which is depended on the optimized index tracking method, for the better performance of index tracking. The empirical results shows that the performance of index tracking based on the Bootstrap simulation technology is better than that of the optimization method. Compared with most overlay multicast schemes, TOMIMN tree is compatible with the physical network and effective in saving bandwidth resource. Due to the network layer support, no complicated algorithm is needed to adjust the overlay topology in response to membership changes. On the other hand, TOMIMN tree can cover members in unicast domains, which don't support IP Multicast routing. This paper strikes 7 invariant moments of the indicator diagram of reciprocating air compressor, using image processing methods, according to the same moment theory. Then the method can be used to extract effective features as feature vectors for training the support vector machine, and achieve fault diagnosis for reciprocating air compressor valve. Agrawal et al pointed out the bottleneck of transaction number increase association rules according to the index increase. To solve this problem, a new method was represented, which is based on restricted conditional probability distribution to get a condensed rules set by removing redundant rules. Our set of rules is more meaningful, more concise and users are interested in than others. Especially, the number of rules in rules-set has been reduced greatly. This paper proposed a combined approach for complex surface segmentation of Red Blood Cell. Firstly the individual cell was extracted using contour guiding method. Each pixel's shading variation information was then used for 3D shape reconstruction. The recovered depth map of each image contributed to segment the shape through multi-scale surface fitting.
