The key problem of I/S is to allocate the joint inventory cost among the suppliers. In this paper, a cost-allocating method is put forward based on cooperative game theory and data envelopment analysis to work out a rational allocation ratio for each supplier. The input-output contributions for each participator are taken into account to ensure more equitable and rational results. {"title":"A Modified SPIHT Algorithm Based on Wavelet Coefficient Blocks for Robust Image Transmission over Noisy Channel","authors":"C. According to the algorithm characteristic of traditional SPIHT coding that scanning once can process four wavelet coefficients, our approach divides the wavelet transform coefficient matrix into corresponding coefficient blocks and encodes every block with different strategies. When the maximum value of the coefficient block is less than the current threshold, only one bit is used for coding, thus to reduce the loss of coding efficiency caused by repeat coding and early coding for non-important coefficients. Firstly, the algorithm filtered LiDAR data into ground points and non-ground points that were further partitioned into small planar regions based on local attribute estimation. Then these planar regions will be used as initial classes to obtain initial samples that were used as training samples in aerial images to perform classification process with the maximum likelihood. The proposed method can also revises misclassified building regions by using shape index. Every single LiDAR point can be labeled by comprehensively considering information like filtering results, intensity from LiDAR data and spectral features from aerial images. For solving time series disorder and packets dropout, the time series compositor and interpolation method were applied. For reducing the effect of time delay of feedback channels to the whole system, an improved DMC predictive control was presented, and applying the Nth step information sequence control of the multi-step predictive control to solve time delay of forward channels. In this paper A Monte Carlo method (MCM) is employed to explore the design space and to sample data for covering the design space. Particularly in ship multidisciplinary design optimization, we investigate the use of kriging sampling methods for constructing global approximations and fit model to facilitate multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO). In this search (MDO) are used to computational expense and organizational complexity, Partial Swarm Optimization (PSO) adopt as a feasible alternative to the existing sizing and optimization methods and to illustrate the appropriate design result in approach through (MDO) process, the objective of this search to minimum ship running cost which it subjected to constraints in performance, geometric parameters, power of population and voyage.
