This research analyzes factors influencing service excellence in PT. Bank X (persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru. The research problem is how to increase service excellence. This research builds a model and three hypotheses to answer the research problem. Respondents of this research are 102 persons. Respondents are staff of Bank X. This research uses Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 17.0 program as analysis tools. The data analysis result of this research shows that research model and result can be accepted. The result of the research proves that interaction between departements, marketing information system and control system have positive and significant influence to service excellence. The higher interaction between departements, marketing information system and control system, the higher service excellence. \u0000Based on the results of the research could be taken theoretical implications that this research gives more justification for antecedents positively influence service excellence, i.e.: interaction between departements, marketing information system and control system. The influence of destination image and tourism accessibility partially on the interest of the repeat visit, the influence of the destination image and tourist accessibility simultaneously on the interest of the repeat visit. The population in this study were all marine tourism tourists in Benan Village, determining the sample using the incidental sampling method with Resco theory until 30 respondents were obtained. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires / questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive test, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis in this study show that the partial image destination destination variable has a significant effect on the revisiting interest variable, the accessibility variable partially has a significant effect on the revisiting interest variable. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the simultaneous variable of the destination image and tourism accessibility significantly influence the variable of interest in the return visit. Nurhasanah","doi":"10.31629/bi.v2i2.1629","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31629/bi.v2i2.1629","url":null,"abstract":"Desa Pulau Benan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada dalam Kecamatan Senayang Kabupaten Lingga ternyata memiliki potensi Wisata Bahari yang layak untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata unggul di Provinsi Kepeulauan Riau setelah Lagoi. Kepri berhasil membukukan Rp 4,8 triliun dari industri pariwisata sepanjang tahun 2017 lalu. Nominal itu merupakan asumsi dari uang yang dibelanjakan wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara. Sepanjang Januari hingga November 2017 lalu, jumlah wisatawan mancanegara (wisman) yang berkunjung ke Kepri mencapai 1.815.978. Jumlah itu naik 6,29 persen dibanding periode yang sama 2016 lalu. Saat itu, wisman yang berlibur ke Kepri berjumlah 1.708.500. Namun data kunjungan wisatawan ke Objek Wisata Pulau Benan masih tergolong rendah, dalam catatan Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga (Disparpora, Kab.Lingg; 2016) Kabupaten Lingga kunjungan wisatawan ke Pulau Benan tersebut tahun 2018 hanya dalam hitungan puluhan wisatawan dari mancanegara. (Disparpora, Kab.Lingga; 2016). \u0000Kendala transportasi dari Tanjungpinang, Batam atau dari Lingga untuk datang ke Pulau Benan masih terbatas bahkan spekulatif sekali. Jika terjadi cuaca buruk seperti angin kencang maka Ferry atau Speed Baod yang ditompangi tidak dapat merapat untuk singgah di Pelabuhan satu-satunya pelabuhan penumpang, kemudian Ongkos transportasi yang tidak proporsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan objek wisata Desa Pantai Pulau Benan agar menarik minat wisatawan untuk datang ke objek wisata tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. As one type of information, management accounting is a type of quantitative information that uses money as a unit of measurement, which is used to assist management in implementing company management. Management accounting is financial information which is the output produced by the type of management accounting, which is used primarily by internal users of the organization. Process costing systems are used in companies that produce one type of product in large quantities in the long run. The basic principle of the costing process is accumulating costs from certain operations or departments during a full period (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) and then dividing by the number of units produced during that period. The Job Order Costing system is also widely used in service companies. Like hospitals, legal consultant offices, cinema studios, accountant offices, ad agencies, repair shops use a system of collecting fees with job order costs for accounting and billing purposes. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 115 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in a leadership style that had a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Karwikarya Graha Tanjungpinang because the value of t count> t table or 3.171> 1.981 and the significance value produced is 0.002 <0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Karwikarya Graha Tanjungpinang because the value of t count> t table or 2,366> 1,981 and the significance value produced is 0.020 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT.
