Promotional activities carried out are a form of Public Diplomacy. Public Diplomacy is a form of the practice of introducing and marketing a resource to achieve the objectives of the National interest. Dalam hal ini gaya kepemimpinan akan sangat mempengaruhi arah gerak perusahaan, sehingga untuk menciptakan keberlangsungan bisnis diperlukan pemimpinan yang mampu memahami tujuan perusahaan. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan anlisis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mencapai keberlangsungan bisnis pada salah satu satu Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kota Tanjung Pinang, yaitu Citra Sari Snack dan Catering. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur untuk memperoleh informasi akurat dan juga data primer dari objek penelitian. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan di Kota Batam dengan total populasi sebanyak 657.642 karyawan berdasarkan data BPS Kota Batam Tahun 2021. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner perangkat yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua hipotesis yang diajukan. Kemudian, setelah dilakukan pengolahan data diketahui bahwa kedua hipotesis tersebut dapat diterima. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital dexterity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan jawaban dari para responden dapat diketahui bahwa Perseroan Terbatas di Kota Batam menerapkan digital dexterity dalam perusahaan mereka dan bisa mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua (H2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital dexterity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kesediaan karyawan. The study was conducted through quantitative methods with a sample size of 68. Data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively and Partial Least Squere (PLS) analysis. The results showed that employee competence had a significant effect on work motivation, compensation had a significant effect on employee work motivation, employee competence had no effect on employee performance, compensation had a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Jaya Abadi Cooperative. This study uses a population and a sample of 30 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire with a google form that was sent to the respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. Salah satu dampak yang dirasakan tidak hanya masalah kesehatan namun juga menyerang perekonomian di Negara contohnya UMKM sebagai sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah mengalami dampak yang parah disebabkan oleh pandemic Covid-19. Bersumber pada informasti yang diolah P2E LIPI, dampak penyusutan pariwisata terhadap UMKM yang bergerak dalam usaha makanan dan minuman mikro menggapai 27%. Sedangkan dampak terhadap usaha kecil makanan dan minuman sebesar 1,77% serta usaha menengah di angka 0,07%. Contou merupakan salah satu coffee shop yang terkena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 ini, namun hebatnya mereka bisa berjuang dalam menghadapi krisis ini sehingga pada tahun 2021 Contou masih terus beroperasi dengan strategi-strategi yang mereka buat untuk terus bertahan. Setelah memahami kelima teori diatas, owner dari Contou coffee dapat dikategorikan sebagai pemimpin yang menganut strategi adaptive leadership. Teori Leader Member Exchange (LMX) berpendapat bahwa proses kepemimpinan yang paling efektif muncul ketika para pemimpin dan karyawan menumbuhkan hubungan yang matang dan berkualitas tinggi, tidak hanya terkait pada pekerjaan tapi juga soial-emosional. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif guna mengetahui bagaimana kualitas hubungan antara pemimpin dengan karyawan pada bisnis keluarga, Family Handicraft di Tasikmalaya. Dilakuka melalui wawancara semi terstruktur guna mengetahui secara mendalam dan mengeksplorasi terkait kondisi kepemimpinan. In addition, this study also aims to determine the magnitude of the influence given by variable X to variable Y. The method used in this research is a quantitative experimental method by conducting quantitative descriptive analysis. The test data used is the classic assumption test followed by a hypothesis test in the form of a simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that, simultaneously had a significant effect on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bukit Bestari district, Tanjungpinang. But partially, the work environment has no effect on teacher job satisfaction while incentives, organizational commitment, training, and organizational pride significantly influence teacher job satisfaction. the training factor has the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai berbagai inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan mengoptimalkan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi yang dilakukan oleh BLU antara lain (a) peningkatan optimalisasi aset yang dikelola oleh BLU; (b) penerapan strategi digitalisasi proses bisnis dan layanan BLU; (c) peningkatan sinergi layanan BLU; dan (d) pemangkasan biaya dan tarif layanan BLU.
