The technique of determining the sample is by using purposive sampling. Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Riau
