Task allocation has always been an important aspect of the research of wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we will adopt a clone chaotic artificial bee colony algorithm (CCABCA) to solve the task allocation problem in WSNs. The CCABCA has positive aspects of both the better performance of chaotic generator and the convergence ability of the clone operator. Numerical simulations are conducted with CCABCA, grey wolf optimization (GWO), ant colony optimization (ACO) and simulated annealing (SA) and the results are compared to verify the proposed scheme. In simulations, the CCABCA technique has a better performance than GWO, ACO and SA under different conditions, especially for WSNs that have large quantity of nodes and tasks. In order to reduce the complexity of renormalization, a fast renormalization algorithm is designed for the entropy coding module. This algorithm can perform renormalization and bit output without complex cyclic processes. At the meanwhile, an appropriate hardware structure is proposed and realized for the algorithm. Experimental results show that the design can reduce the renormalized frequency of 20.8%–25.6% and save the encoding time of 13.6%–30.9%. Such a problem is important in improving low energy consumption. In this paper, we propose an improved chaotic parallel monkey algorithm (ICPMA), a randomized swarm optimization algorithm for low energy clustering in large scale wireless sensor network, motivated by chaotic theory and parallel theory. We first establish a mathematical model for the low energy clustering problem. Based on the monkey algorithm, the new optimization method has many advantages due to blend both the chaotic theory as well as parallel theory. Simulations are conducted to compare and evaluate the energy efficiency of ICPMA with shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA), artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) as well as particle swarm optimization (PSO). However, because of its higher initial cost, the hybrid AC/DC grid is not popularly used. Other than the cost and technical aspects, this paper adds the payback assessment of PV integration to techno-economic assessments of hybrid AC/DC networks. This paper also presents a grading scheme to assess the technical and economical aspects together and proposes an overall grade to integrate all the three aspects. The paper considers three forms of PV integration, including one integration form to AC networks and two integration forms to hybrid AC/DC networks. Baseline drift in ECG signals is eliminated using Moving Average Filter (MAF) and the zero-crossing segmentation method is proposed so that the reconstructed ECG signal does not have an abnormal waveform. To eliminate the EMG component, the period-squared empirical learning method of pure EMG and ECG is proposed to find the threshold for identifying EMG, and then the peripheral weighted ECG method is used to reconstruct the ECG signal. Because of the complexity and heterogeneity of formation permeability, the traditional ROP analysis method are limited by drilling prediction. With the accumulation of geological data and drilling records, new methods such as artificial neural network and particle swarm optimization have become powerful tools for obtaining optimization parameters. A ROP optimization method based on deep learning neural network and particle swarm optimization is proposed. Firstly, the prediction model of target wells is established from well logging data by using deep learning neural network. Secondly, the optimized wellbore operation parameters are obtained by using PSO algorithm. At last, the RNN learning algorithm is updated by introducing recovery factor. And also, for the sake of the realization of constraints, a penalty function is introduced. Unlike the previous researches that depict the design flow based on some simple circuit topologies for simplicity, this paper adopts the folded cascade input and Class AB output two-stage operational amplifier that is more admitted by academia and widely used into industry. This presented procedure begins with the key noise requirement to firstly determine the input difference pair whose transconductance is the most important parameter related to other electrical characters. Then the expressions and relationships of other parameters (such as slew rate, bandwidth, gain, phase margin, power consumption and signal swing) are derived under the constraint of noise requirement. Besides that, all sizes of devices are confirmed considering chip area, matching relation and layout. The low noise amplifier under the guidance of this proposed design procedure is implemented on a standard 0.18μm CMOS process. The measured results and simulation are closed agree with the expect results.
