(TCO). Specifically in this work, ZnO/Au-Pd/ZnO multilayer coating system was deposited on glass substrate and characterized. ZnO films were prepared by successive deposition steps consisting of vacuum thermal evaporation of zinc oxide powder, followed by heat treatment at 450 °C. Plasma magnetron sputtering was used to deposit Au-Pd films. the same amount of Au and Pd was used. The thickness of the sputter deposited metallic interlayer (Au-Pd) was varied in order to optimize the optical and electrical properties of the stack. Morphology and microstructure were investigated by SEM and XRD. Four point probe was used to investigate electrical properties. and the transmittance values were measured using a spectrophotometer. Transmittance was measured for multilayer stacks containing Au-Pd interlayer.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116553714","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main definitions are given. A brief overview of stability and performance is stated. More recent results are gathered. Finally, a simulation example on a rotational link is presented, comparing two different techniques of gain scheduling, showing that gain-scheduled LPV state feedback actually achieves better performance over a much wide operating range than classical gain scheduling.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122637129","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed model can be included as an efficient and fast analytical tool in the design optimization approach of axisymetrical electromagnetic actuators. This model, formulated in magnetic vector potential, is based on the search for eigenvalues and eigenfunctions allowing determining the analytical solution of partial differential equations derived in each region by using the separation of variables technique. The results obtained from the proposed analytical model are compared to those of finite element code implemented in (COMSOL).","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122019523","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its safety is threatened by diseases and pests. The main objective of the paper is to identify health status of crop state using machine learning classification models. We manage to compare eight approaches: Logistic Regression (LG), K-nearest neighbors (KNN), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Gaussian Naive Bayes (GNB), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Multilayer perceptron (MLP), on Indian agriculture dataset. We also used the Principal component analysis (PCA) and attempted to re-apply the same models. This paper includes an overview of these previously mentioned models, comparison between them according to data used, and a conclusion about which model leads to the best performance. Tests conducted show that the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGB) is the best model for these data and problem for all cases then Decision Tree (DT), Logistic Regression (LR), and K-nearest neighbors (KNN). The last three models being very close in results.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123376468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We consider in this work a features-based digital modulation identification approach for wireless cooperative multi-relay networks using amplify-and-forward (AF) protocol and without direct channel between source and destination nodes. We compare the performances of three models among the most commonly used classifiers, namely decision tree (TREE), K-nearest neighbors (KNN), and support-vector machine (SVM). Comparison criteria are probability of identification, recall, precision and F-Scores. Our purpose is to discriminate between the modulation format and order of different M-ary shift keying modulations using higher order cumulants (HOCs) of the received signal. To select the most suitable classifier, we firstly consider a single AF relay cooperative network system with direct link (source to destination nodes). Then, the best classifier is applied to the cooperative multiple relays network alternative ignoring the direct link. Obtained results, within the considered scenario, show that the SVM classifier is more efficient and achieves high probability of correct identification in acceptable snr level. This performance improves with the increase of the number of relays.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116272849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) are adapted to estimate uncertain model functions. Using the DSC concept, an adaptive fuzzy approximators-based control system is devised. The concern of system state constraints is carried out by employing an appropriate barrier Lyapunov function (BLF). The proposed control strategy ensures that the output tracking error practically converges to a tiny neighborhood around the origin, all the closed-loop system’ signals remain uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB), and no state constraints are transgressed. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed control strategy are validated by a simulation example.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124081047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main goals of this paper based on Trench IGBTs devices (Gen3,Gen4) from IXYS technologies companies available in market during the two last year’s intended for solar energy systems by studying and evaluating their characteristics under real operating conditions UIS stress conditions. This mode of operation is therefore extremely restrictive because of the very high level of energy that the component under test must then dissipate. In this study, we highlight the effect of influential parameters on their safety zone, namely avalanche voltages (overvoltage), switching losses and switching speed. This characterization as we consider the key performances will thus provide us with objective resources aimed at optimizing the performance of these new generations of trench-IGBTs.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132052582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A setup where the plasma jet is ignited at the exit of a flexible plastic tube has been employed for plasma based liquid treatment. The APPJ has been completely immersed in water contaminated with Escherichia coli strains for the sake of its cleansing. The plasma discharge has been ignited using a mixture of argon and oxygen as working gas. This mixture leads to changing key characteristics of the liquid such as the pH level and helps to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the suspension. Results illustrated that such treatment lead to water decontamination in an average of 15 minutes of treatment due to the interaction of ROS in the suspension with the bacterial cells causing their death without the use of any particular chemicals.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133952236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
