It is found that by selecting a 7.2 nm as feature size in the blend we reach charge collection efficiency of 91.65%. The proposed design includes an antireflection coating (IGZO) to reduce the unwanted reflection effect. The comparison of the blend figures of merit calculated by our simulations, with uniform structures (bilayer and checkered structure) reveals that the internal quantum efficiency for the polymer blend can attain up to 2.4 % which is superior by about 1% than bilayer and checkered samples, respectively. In addition, genetic algorithm optimization approach is used to captivate the optimal design of the investigated solar cell. The present work could provide evidence helpful in avoiding the blurred vision of the organic solar cell operation. In the future, more attention could be concentrated on the examination of different organic material mixture tailoring, in addition to the research of unique electrodes such as Ga2O3 and RGO.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121890290","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A brief description of the used multilevel inverter is provided, including the circuit configuration and control signals. A pre-calculated switching technique is implemented where the inverter performance is achieved throughout a parametric analysis (THD and fundamental component amplitude). Therewith, selected simulation results are shown to discuss the output voltage and current for different RL-loads and modulation index. The computed current and load voltage signals show a reduced THD that is varying in the permissible limits.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123853671","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their use for error correction in Random Linear Network Coding (RLNC)-based networks has been first proposed by Kötter and Kschischang. The rationale of their application in RLNC stems from the fact that information in RLNC is basically a vector space and as long as its basis is preserved, information will not be lost. Those codes share a set of similarities with rank metric codes, which are codes with codewords being $m times n$ matrices from the space $mathbb{F}_{q}^{m times n}$. In this paper, we compare the two codes and we provide insights and guidelines to follow when choosing between them for error correction. Particularly, we show that when a choice is possible for a given application, it will always be a tradeoff between code cardinality and correction capability.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122390505","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This control law is integrated with the disturbance observer and based on the finite-time Lyapunov stability theory. First, a dynamic model of the studied system is developed. The latter takes into consideration the variation of the Center of Gravity (CoG), the inertia, and the allocation matrix. Then, the theoretical basis of backstepping control integrated with disturbance observer is presented. The observer estimates the perturbations online and compensates them in the internal loop that contains the attitude and the position backstepping controllers. Finally, simulation results are provided to illustrate the performance of this controller. Overall, the findings show that the proposed control technique outperforms in terms of accuracy and robustness.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125161351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A typical PV pumping system for irrigation is placed on a 25 m head water well employing the recent version of centrifugal Lorentz PS2-1800 C-SJ5-12 solar pump based on three phase brushless DC motor. The performances of three oversized PV array generators ($4stimes 3p$, $4stimes 4p$, $4stimes 5p$) are compared to obtain the suitable configuration. In other hand, to determine the lowest limit performance of the selected configuration, the system is examined in winter (cloudy and short days in unfavorable month) and in summer (warm and tilt angle). In light of this, electric field distribution study in a 245 kV AC Cross-Linked Polyethylene cable recently made by the Algerian factory (CABEL) is carried out. Finite element method is used to study the electrical stresses, which are the main factor that affect the cable service life. The cable electric field distribution is investigated, focusing on the influence of the presence of cavities and defects. To make a deep analysis, all the cavity parameters are taken into consideration, this allows to make a comparison of the field distortion and to highlight the critical cases which can affect the cable performances. The investigation results reveal that the electric field enhancement depends on the nature, the position and the shape of the corresponding cavity. Moreover, the presence of very sharp water cavities in the interface conductor-inner semiconducting layer is the most harmful case.","PeriodicalId":206584,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Advanced Electrical Engineering (ICAEE)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127783470","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
