The correction ofwriting and speaking is to concentrate on what we are saying rather than on how weare saying it. The problems might raise once speakers find similar words in meaningbut cotextually different in use. The study aims to investigate the forms of words thathave more than one correct meaning but different in use. The data were collected bysorting some potential words that have the same meanings in the dictionary as acontent analysis.The words were investigated in the dictionary and provided theirmeanings in forms of tables.The words were analysed qualitatively by looking at themeaning prescribed in dictionary and compared how they are used in a sentence. Itis found that words serve different purposes in language. Some words seem to havefunction words that cue a reader or speaker to the structure of the sentence suchas are, that, a, to, or, the, of, and so forth. Function words make spoken languagemeaningful and written language coherent and readable. Other words might refer ascontent words that communicate meaning in text. (1)What isthe educational performance in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers? (2)What is the scope of educational performance in teaching Arabic to nonnativespeakers? (3) What requires educational performance in teachingArabic to non-native speakers? To reach the objectives of the interview, theresearcher used the descriptive analytical method, starting from gatheringinformation and data about the concept of the educational process and itselements, then analyzing and arranging them according to the requirementsand the research hypothesis. After presenting and analyzing, the researcherobtained the results of this research as follows: (1) It defines the concept ofeducational performance, but it revolves around three things, namely: theeffort and the teacher performing the system, the rules, and the scope ofthe performance work. (2) The scope of educational performance is all theperformance of the teacher in the educational field, from mastery and masteryof teaching methods, teaching methods and educational material, knowledgeof individual differences for learners, classroom management, calendar andmethods of performance. The approach usedin this study was a qualitative approach with a case study design. The datasources in this study were students majoring in PBA departemen, PBA alumni,and permanent lecturers majoring in PBA. Data collection techniques usedwere interviews, documentation studies and observations while data analysiswas carried out using descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques. The resultsof this study are: (1) The causes of students majoring in PBA FTK UINMataram departemen difficulties in writing Arabic theses are (a) input,many PBA students come from high school or public school with minimalbasic language. (b) the willingness to speak Arabic in students is still low. (c)department policies are still not firm, namely still giving students the freedomto write Indonesian theses. (d) department facilities and infrastructureare still minimal, namely Arabic books or references are still lacking. (2)Management of majors in improving the ability to write Arabic theses forstudents majoring in PBA FTK UIN mataram namely (a) Growing interestand providing awareness to students. (b) Making policies requires studentsto write Arabic language theses and strive for students to communicate inArabic, at least when in PBA. (c) Making teaching materials for all subjects inPBA majors. (d) Implementing the IQF curriculum. (e) Carry out produckbasedpracticum activities. This confusion is due tocountless rules governing proper of gestures.Based on the brief explanationabove, speakers of languages in certain cultures that use “gestures” canchange the meaning or the meaning conveyed. Thus, the problem is likewhat gesture used by speakers of the language so that what is deliveredis not responded well, of course based on different cultural backgrounds.Gestures serve different purposes in language. Function gestures makesymbol of language has meaningful. Content of gestures are the symbolsthat communicate meaning in contexts. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research.Data collection in this study uses skillful listening techniques while dataanalysis uses extralingual equivalent methods. The research location wasat the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics IAIN Mataram. While theobject of research is daily conversation at the Faculty of Sharia and IslamicEconomics IAIN Mataram. The results of the findings of this study are theform of code switching and code mixing found in the form of words, phrasesand clauses. The type of code transfer that is found is internal code switching(inner code-switch) and the type of code mixing found in the form of mixingcode into (inner mixing-code). While the purpose of code switching is foundin the form of: affirmation, debilitating, certainty, curiosity, explanation,quips, suggestions, offers and notifications. The purpose of the code mixwas found in the form of: respect, affirmation, ambiguity, wonder, specific,anger, culture, information, curiosity, prohibition and appeal. Factors thatcause code switching are: opposed to speaking and the presence of thirdspeakers. Kitab ini merupakan karya sastra karena lebih menonjolkanaspek keindahan bahasa (sastra). Kitab ini ada dua macam yang satu dalambentuk prosa dan lainnya dalam bentuk puisi. Isi keduanya mengkisahkanriwayat kehidupan Nabi Muhammad SAW terutama dalam bentuk peristiwakelahirannya.Penelitian ini berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa naskah “Barzanji”KaryaSyekh Ja’far Al-Barzanji Husin bin Abdul Karim belum dideskripsikan padaaspek intrinsiknya. Dengan demikian, diperlukan penelitian secara spesifik,yang membentuk unsur intrinsik dari Naskah “Barzanji” seperti Plot,Setting,Point of View (sudut pandang), Character (Penokohan), Style (Gaya),Theme(Tema) dan Atmosphere (Suasana) Perspektif Pondok Pesanteren IttihadilUmmahKarang Anyar Mataram”Membaca kitab Barzanji sangat berguna dan bermanfaat bagi kita, dan sangatdisayangkan apabila tidak dilantunkan oleh generasi selanjutnya. Oleh karenaitu harus tetap dilestarikan. Usaha melestarikan membaca naskah Barzanjisangatlah perlu terus dilakukan pengembangan, dokumenas, dan penelitianlebih lanjut.
