This system forms the biased game through the retailer and supplier making the order quantity, the supply price and buy-back price for their max-profits respectively. Furthermore, we studied the current satiation of the supply chain integration between the suppliers and the retailers. At last, a numerical example was included to illustrate the effect of the supply chain integration.","PeriodicalId":206239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Management and Humanity Research","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133829445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, ORs are increasing faster, becoming every time more robust with better ways and media to express useful and helpful information. Therefore, the way ORs help online business and consumers are constantly changing. Previous studies have intended to analyze helpfulness in different ways. However, they have not totally yet identified the most appropriate influence significance of the factors to test and predict the helpfulness of ORs due to the constant change and evolution of ORs in E-commerce platforms. I based this study on the economics of information, media richness, and negativity-bias theories, proposing a model that shows the influencing factors in the helpfulness of ORs (such as length, sentimental Analysis, score rating, number of images, video and published days). To find a closer optimal helpfulness analysis and prediction, a data set of 17,119 samples of three types of online goods have been extracted from different products on Amazon.com. For the analysis, we have considered employing a regression model to analyze the significance level of the factors in ORs for every type of online goods. The findings in this research prove that in fact there is a different perception of helpfulness for every type of good.","PeriodicalId":206239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Management and Humanity Research","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121369203","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to explore how to enhance college students' initiative in crosscultural communication. Specifically, based on the theory of planned behavior, a structural equation model was constructed from five dimensions: attitude toward intercultural communication, consciousness norms of intercultural communication, experience of intercultural communication, platform building of intercultural communication, and initiative intention of intercultural communication, to seek specific measures to enhance college students' initiative of intercultural communication. The results found that intercultural communication attitude had no direct positive influence on college students' awareness of intercultural communication initiative; intercultural communication awareness norms had no significant influence on college students' awareness of intercultural communication initiative; intercultural communication experience had significant influence on college students' intention of intercultural communication initiative behavior; intercultural communication platform building directly and positively influenced college students' intention of intercultural communication initiative The awareness of intercultural communication among college students directly and positively influences the initiative behavior of intercultural communication. To provide suggestions for college students to be able to benefit from the activities of intercultural communication and for the construction of intercultural communication platforms in the future.","PeriodicalId":206239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Management and Humanity Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122696570","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are more inclined to watch a movie with a high average rating. We develop a system to predict average audience movie ratings based on the lead cast and crew at an early stage of movie production. After valuing multiple scenarios, investors can use our study to select the lead cast and crew objectively. Judicious selection of the key cast and crew is extremely important as investors commit to large sums of money as professional fees while signing contracts with them. Our study uses a relatively large sample of 1687 Indian movies spread across 10+ languages released in India between 2010 and 2019 to identify the important predictors influencing average audience movie rating. Identification of important predictors improves the explainability of the prediction model, which increases the investors’ trust in the predicted values. The best model, random forest, reduces the baseline prediction error of the average rating by 10.21%.","PeriodicalId":206239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Management and Humanity Research","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126642692","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are also an important object for platforms to perform their governance responsibilities under the co-governance order and should be reasonably established on the basis of complying with legal provisions. In order to exercise the private power of censorship of illegal information content, online platforms establish rules for censorship of information content based on legal authorization and their own influence, and the operation of this rule should conform to the standard of procedural justice. Specifically, the process of formulating the rules should be transparent while guaranteeing the user's right to participate, and the basic due procedures should be guaranteed in advance when making decisions based on the rules. At the same time, platforms should be required to establish a reasonable content review mechanism. The improvement of the relevant procedures of the information content review rules can enhance the credibility of the platform rules, thereby ensuring the platform autonomy and network governance environment.","PeriodicalId":206239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Management and Humanity Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131316655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
