In the paper we present a non-linear parameter estimation method to determine the parameters of a full-car suspension system. Since there are non-measured variables that are necessary for the identification, special numerical techniques need to be applied, such as a numerical integration of the measured signals. It is also shown that the selection of the sampling time might be critical in this type of application. Based on the results of this identification procedure the road disturbance can be reconstructed. In this paper is developed the theory for cost and management of the energy. To calculate the energy management is used the life cycle cost (LCC) method and for measurement results the simulation soft Matlab. To calculate the LCC costs is need the measurements for wind speed, these measurements are taken from a Meteo Station from TEI University from Crete, Greece, for one year. With the data taken and with the formulas from LCC are made the calculation in Matlab program. The main goal of a FL coprocessor is to speed up the operations typical for FL algorithms. Current implementations of FL algorithms are dedicated and general purpose. The main drawback of solutions based on dedicated hardware is lack of configurability. Software implementation on general purpose processors is slow for many applications. The basic components of the FL coprocessor presented in this paper are designed in Handel-C using Celoxica's DK Design Suite. The inference engine inside the FL coprocessor is a Mamdani-type engine and the FL coprocessor only supports trapezoid and triangular membership functions. However, in most feature extraction methods, covariance matrices must be estimated. When training samples are limited, this estimation is inherently biased, thereby generating ineffective features. In this paper, we propose a new feature extraction method for high dimensional hyperspectral data when limited training samples are available. In the proposed method, we construct a feature matrix using available training samples. The proposed method calculates the difference vector feature matrix using weighted difference vectors among the training samples. It is supposed that the first vehicle plays leading role while the other members have local controllers trained for keeping a safe tracking distance between themselves and the preceding one. In the model investigated the connection between the vehicles acts like an elastic spring without \"reaction forces\", i.e the (n + 1)th member's motion is influenced by that of the nth member but the members do not affect the motion of the preceding ones. It is supposed that the leading vehicle can freely move, and the aim is to guarantee smooth motion for the last cart of the platoon that may be followed by a participant of the road communication whose driving comfort has to be kept in mind. The carts are modeled as rigid bodies while their loads are represented by masses connected to their carts by elastic springs of dynamic friction. It is shown that the simple semi-mechanistic connection between the carts can result in instable motion due to the resonance in the interaction between the loads and the carts. This effect can be eliminated if the acceleration of the preceding cart is also taken into account in the motion of the actual one. The map between frames of discernment and Kripke models preserves Dempster-Shafer evidence combination rule and thus allows to use Kripke models for calculating beliefs in different propositions. The procedure induces a logic (as a set of true formulas). In the present paper we analyze the semantic of this logic. By representing the logic of interest through commutative lattices we show that it is a complete and sound logic, which does not have a finite independent axiomatization. The proposed method consists of four steps: background rejection, image normalization, initial slice segmentation, and brain segmentation. In the image normalization step, intensity non-uniformity is removed. In the brain segmentation step, we use mathematical morphological operators and masking. The proposed algorithm was tested with twenty 3D MR normal brain image sets. The interpretation maps different frames of discernment into directed graphs. The parallelism is useful as it allows one to use graph theory results for analyzing an evidential setup. The proposed interpretation also translates Dempster-Shafer evidence combination rule into Kripke models.
