A systematic analysis of changes in physical-chemical and microbiological parameters, as well as the processes occurring during the maturation of liquid rye leaven is carried out. It is established that the introduction of CELT into liquid leaven at a dose of 4% of the water mass intensifies the processes occurring during the fermentation of leaven. Data were sampled from 32 dogs of various breeds, aged 4 to 12, weighing 20 to 68 kilogram, treated against surgical sepsis at the Panacea Veterinary Hospital, Chelyabinsk; the dogs were divided into the experimental group (17 dogs) and control group (15 dogs). In control dogs, the infection site was treated surgically by abdominal drainage in peritonitis, ovariohysterectomy in pyometra, etc., supported by infusion antibiotic therapy, vasopressor support, and treatment of comorbidities. Comprehensive treatment of the experimental group included 2 to 4 sessions of plasmapheresis with exfusion of 20% of the circulating plasma volume (CPV) and its replacement with Ringer and Refortan 6% solutions, 2 to 1, using Rosa-type plasma filters and a KMBP-01 machineless plasmapheresis complex. To that end, the experimenters studied such clinical readings as appetite, body temperature, heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), capillary refill time (CRT), and skin turgor, as well as blood morphology and biochemistry. Plasmapheresis did not use perfusion pumps to minimize its effects on total hemodynamics. The study identified that combining a commonly accepted sepsis treatment method with 2 to 4 plasmapheresis sessions did reduce the mortality rates in the experimental group and boosted the animals’ recovery while also rapidly restoring the normal morphology and biochemistry of their blood. The team noted a significant increase in the total protein content, lower bilirubin, creatinine, and urea in the serum, which indicated recovered hepatic and renal functionality as a result of the comprehensive membrane plasmapheresis-enabled treatment of surgical sepsis in dogs. The surface of the nanoparticles has been specially modified to provide high efficiency on the skin and keratinized tissues. Pathogens that were found in impression smear and Fusobacterium necrophorum, Treponema, Borellia grown on nutrient media, which were sensitive to the active components of the BelNANO, ensuring their inactivation by action on the cell wall were revealed in the studied animals with Motellaro's disease. Tasks: to conduct screening marketing study of the pharmaceutical market of medical clays in Russia and neighboring countries; to develop classification and systematics of Medical Clays with their characteristics. The materials are electronic resources eLIBRARY, Russian Drug Register, own research results also. The methods are analysis and classification. Results. Conducted a screening marketing study of the pharmaceutical market of Medical Clays. It was established that at present in Russia there is one pharmaceutical substance of Medical Clay “Smectite Dioctahedral”; 8 drugs based on Dioctahedral Smectite are registered: 3 of them are made on the basis of domestic substances, 1 - made in France, 1 - made in the USA, 2 - made in China. The classification and systematics of Medical Clays has been developed, according to which Medical Clays are represented by three groups that determine their sorption properties: Palygorskite, Smectite and Kaolinite Clays. The atomic structure of the main minerals of Medical Clays is composed of two units: octahedral and Silicon-Oxygen tetrahedral. Medical Clays consisting of Montmorillonite and Kaolinite minerals have two types of pores; the specific surface area is higher for clays consisting of Montmorillonite and Palygorskite minerals; the cation exchange capacity is higher for the Montmorillonite mineral.
