The focus of the training on writing non-fiction stories for students among the youth groups in Srikaton village consists of active students on campuses in East OKU district such as: STIE, STIPER, STIT MU, STKIP Muhammadiyah, STIT NU Sumber Agung, STISIP Binamarta. The training will follow the protocol. health measures from the government such as setting a one meter seat apart, preparing a handwashing area, and using a mask. Among those who are often encountered is that they do not have the awareness, knowledge and skills related to information technology and digitalization that are developing today. There needs to be a special institution to supply knowledge and skills so that people can keep up with technological developments. On that basis, through the ALINI Course and Training Institute, the author took a role in increasing the human resource capacity of the Sriwangi village community and its surroundings, which was attended by 30 participants. The training is carried out in a structured and scheduled manner according to the agenda prepared by the organizer with a duration of three months from January 2021 to March 2021. The evaluation results showed an increase in the participants' ability to recognize and operate computers. It is hoped that after this training they will be able to apply their abilities to enter the real world according to their respective fields. So far, bookkeeping is only written on a piece of paper and is likely to be lost. Some concrete solutions offered in the outreach program to the community regarding assistance in preparing financial reports for oyster mushroom cultivation are (socialization, training, and monitoring). The results of this activity include: 1) being able to produce bookkeeping correctly 2) being able to help bookkeeping management so that it looks neat. The chosen partners in this service are children an  teachers of Raudhatul Atfal (RA) Dharma Wanita eersatuan Simpang, Buay Pemaca, OKU Selatan, with the consideration that they rarely learn English because there is no English teacher in the RA in using learning methods. In addition, based on observations in the RA, it shows that children's lack of interest in learning English and even English for them is too ordinary / foreign. The target in this service is to help the children of RA Dharma Wanita Persatuan Simpang to learn English so that they do not feel unfamiliar / unfamiliar and increase student motivation in learning English and minimize errors in speaking vocabulary in English.
