The facts in the field show that conditions are of concern, the use of technology is still not optimal. This is due to the lack of facilities that support the development of learning technology and also the human resources that control the technology are also minimal. This training aims to provide training by presenting some material related to the development of interactive learning media, namely Microsoft Power Point so that the implementation of SKI learning at Rawabening MI schools does not seem monotonous so as to increase interest and quality of learning among students. The coaching process delivered by the servants who acted as instructors and tutors took place conducively. Material designed in such a way by servants can be understood, understood and well understood by the participants. Reality in the field, questions that are more discussed aspects of memory. Therefore, he felt that teachers, especially physics teachers, needed to be trained in making HOTS questions. In this service activity, the first session discussed the issue of HOTS in a discussion that included the understanding, steps of implementation, and its advantages. The second session was a deepening of the material followed by training on the questions raised about HOTS in teaching and learning activities. The method used in carrying out this service activity is the lecture method, question and answer, discussion, and direct practice. Based on observations during the community service activities, several positive results were obtained, which were expected to be: 1). The participants showed very high attention to the service material delivered by the service team. 2). The participants showed positive reactions to how to develop HOTS questions. 3). The active participants asked and revealed the problems they had experienced so far and they were happy to be able to make HOTS questions in the discussion. Increasing the ability of farmers to manage their land can be one way to improve the lives of partners. Integrated cocoa-goat livestock activities can increase farmers' income. Plant fertilizer needs can be obtained from the results of manure so that farmers do not need to pay for buying chemical fertilizers, besides being expensive, they are also less environmentally friendly. In addition, goats get feed from the results of cocoa leaf trimming and protective trees which are also found in cocoa plantations. Partner farmers, in turn, benefit from cocoa and goats and from saving on fertilizer costs. Implementation of activities by placing goat cages between cocoa plants so that the resulting output can overcome problems regarding fodder far from the location of the cage. Another solution is to plant a cocoa tree that is prepared for goat's feed. The learning process especially reads at MI Al-Hikmah Purwodadi, who still uses the manual method by spelling with letters that students already know making students a little confused because they don't really understand the letters of the alphabet. Most of the students of Al-Hikmah Purwodadi were mostly recited at the TPA so that the students understood the hijaiyah letters more than the letters of the alphabet. Many students face difficulties in reading the beginning because of the background of students who are not from kindergarten graduates. As a solution to provide convenience for students who read the beginning and for MI Al-Hikmah Purwodadi teachers to simplify the learning process by using motivational and interesting methods and media to learn to read the beginning. In this service the method used is the iqra method.
