Superpixel segmentation as well as a convolutional neural network (CNN) technique are used to assess liver cancer detection while cutting down on complexity and processing time. Automatic 3D segmentation of ultrasound liver images using a combination of a time-consuming but accurate technique and a statistical texture before high-energy sound waves. Each image in the area surrounding the database point has texture characteristics extracted using two orthogonal quadratic filter banks. The atlas database has segmented liver surfaces and registered photos of livers from prior patients. The CNN technique is used to first segment the pixel location segmentation of the liver imaging from a new patient, and then to train the challenge of patient-specific frequency components in the feature representation from the atlas database. Liver cancer detection datasets include both benign and malignant cases.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127079231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Whether it’s people, places, or events, our minds naturally associate them as nodes and edges in a graph. This inherent cognitive tendency in human thinking contrasts with the formalisms commonly used by computer scientists and technologists, such as relational databases and JSON documents. While these abstractions serve as convenient tools, they only partially align with the intuitive way our brains process information. Relational databases excel in handling structured data and enforcing strict relationships, making them ideal for transaction processing and deterministic analytics. However, their rigid constraints often hinder the exploration of distant connections and answering complex questions about relationships that span multiple layers. This paper focuses on non-relational databases, particularly graph databases, and presents a comprehensive review of Neo4j compared to traditional relational databases. Graph databases offer a more realistic representation of corresponding data, allowing for flexible querying and traversing relationships with ease. By embracing the graph model, we can unlock new insights and uncover hidden patterns within our interconnected world.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128103870","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditionally symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic methods are used to keep information secure. But they face problems of high computational complexity and key management infrastructure. These issues can be resolved by Physical layer key generation (PLKG) schemes which use channel properties to generate a symmetric key. A basic PLKG system consists of probing the wireless channel, quantizing the probed samples and converting them into bits, error detection and correction between the quantized output bits and privacy amplification using secure hash functions. Quantization plays a critical role in PLKG in order to obtain the symmetric secret keys. This paper proposes Vector Quantization with Affinity Propagation Clustering (VQAPC). When the two legitimate users (Alice and Bob) assign a set of samples to different quantization regions, there will be difference in the quantization results which is called as Assignment Disagreement Rate(ADR). Simulation is done using MATLAB software. The proposed quantization method-VQAPC gives very low ADR as compared to the existing methods.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126672814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This can be measured by the number of links to web pages, files, and documents that a person controls. In other words, it is the degree to which a single person or organization controls access to Internet information. The more links between different websites, files and documents owned by individuals/organizations, the higher the degree of information concentration. This study aims to study the law of information concentration in platform economy. This study is divided into two parts. Firstly, it analyzes the concept of monopoly and its relationship with anti-monopoly law; Secondly, the relationship between information concentration and antimonopoly law is studied. In this paper, we will discuss the following questions: what kind of monopoly should be regarded as monopoly competition? What are the legal implications of regulating monopoly competition? How does monopoly competition affect anti-monopoly law? How does the anti-monopoly law regulate the concentration of information on the platform.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126686597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To assist in decision-making, websites like Zomato offer restaurant ratings and reviews. However, the quality of reviews can be subjective and biased. Therefore, predicting restaurant ratings can provide a more accurate representation of a restaurant’s quality and aid consumers in their decision-making process. This research paper aims to predict restaurant ratings in Bangalore using Zomato data. We will utilize machine learning methods like Linear Regression, Random Forest, and KNN to predict the rating of a restaurant. The study will also identify the features that contribute to higher ratings, such as location, price range, and type of cuisine. This research can assist both consumers in choosing the best restaurants and restaurant owners in identifying areas for improvement and increasing their ratings.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127131843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since even small modifications can have negative effects, suggestions should be made precisely[1–2]. Pradhan is a rule-based technique which is used to guide people who practice yoga at the convenience of their homes. Pose estimation’s primary goal is to foretell human poses by identifying key points like elbows, knees, wrists, and so on. In this paper, we have proposed a system which uses rule-based techniques on every frame that was processed by the Mediapipe Framework. In this technique, the user can either upload images or perform a yoga posture in front of a camera which is then used to classify the posture from a set of 10 pretrained postures. The yoga poses used are Dolphin Pose, Half-Moon Pose, High Lunge Pose, Mountain Pose, Side Plank Pose, T-Pose, Tree Pose, Upward Salute Pose, Warrior-II Pose and Warrior-III Pose. When the work is put into practice, a real-time video feed from the user’s computer’s webcam is collected, and the yoga pose’s estimation is done. This research work used angle heuristics to categorize various yoga postures for pose detection, and we were able to achieve a combined accuracy of 93%.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122531361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Text similarity measurements are essential for many applications, including various language processing tasks and IR based systems. However, when dealing with complicated structures like lengthy sentences, having main and subordinate clauses in terms of compound/complex sentences as well, these similarity measurements become more difficult. In this article, we provide a multilevel center embedding method for determining similarity in such text. The suggested method makes use of several embedding levels, such as word, pos, clause, and sentence levels, to capture the intricate structure of text. By constructing the center embedding of a sentence and then iteratively computes the difference between an original center embedding and modified versions of the sentence by applying the center embedding in a leveled manner that introduces a new level of abstraction. Our findings show that, the multilevel center embedding strategy outperforms in category of complicated structured based phrases/sentences.","PeriodicalId":202864,"journal":{"name":"2023 World Conference on Communication & Computing (WCONF)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125038770","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
