Regulation of Antitrust Law on Information Concentration of Platform Economy Users under Flexible Semantic Similarity
Information concentration refers to the degree of control of a specific user over information resources. This can be measured by the number of links to web pages, files, and documents that a person controls. In other words, it is the degree to which a single person or organization controls access to Internet information. The more links between different websites, files and documents owned by individuals/organizations, the higher the degree of information concentration. This study aims to study the law of information concentration in platform economy. This study is divided into two parts. Firstly, it analyzes the concept of monopoly and its relationship with anti-monopoly law; Secondly, the relationship between information concentration and antimonopoly law is studied. In this paper, we will discuss the following questions: what kind of monopoly should be regarded as monopoly competition? What are the legal implications of regulating monopoly competition? How does monopoly competition affect anti-monopoly law? How does the anti-monopoly law regulate the concentration of information on the platform.
