It is necessary to regulate fluid intake to prevent dehydration by providing natural drinks that contain carbohydrates and electrolytes. The purpose of study was analysing the effect of Mabel's sport drink (honey and star fruit juice) on blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and maximal oxygen volume of soccer athletes compared to commercial isotonic and plain water. The type of research was used quasi experimental with pretest-posttest design by subject design. The research subjects were SSB KKK with an age range of 14-16 years totalling 14 people. An intervention was given in the form of a Mabel sport drink, commercial isotonic, and 250 ml of water with a washout for 6 days between the interventions given. The measurement of VO2Max was carried out using the balke test method. Measurements of blood pressure and oxygen saturation were carried out 15 minutes after measuring VO2Max. Data analysis using paired sample t-test and Anova test followed by Post hoc LSD test. The results was showed intervention in the form of a Mabel sports drink based on the results of the paired t test showed that there was a difference in systolic (p=0.016) and diastolic (p=0,008) blood pressure, oxygen saturation (p=,.035), and VO2max (p=0,000). The results of the post hoc LSD test on the VO2max variable showed a significant difference between Mabel's sport drink intervention compared to water (p=0,000). The conclusion was no difference in the effectiveness of the interventions given to blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Mabel's sports drink intervention and commercial isotonic drinks can increase the VO2max of soccer athletes.Sepak bola merupakan olahraga dengan intensitas aktifitas fisik tinggi yang mengombinasikan kekuatan, daya tahan, dan kecepatan sehingga memicu pengeluaran keringat yang berlebih dan berisiko mengalami dehidrasi yang dapat menurunkan performa atlet. Perlu adanya pengaturan asupan cairan untuk mencegah terjadinya dehidrasi dengan pemberian minuman berbahan alami yang memiliki kandungan karbohidrat dan elektrolit. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sport drink Mabel (madu dan sari belimbing wuluh) terhadap tekanan darah, saturasi oksigen, dan volume oksigen maksimal atlet sepak bola dibandingkan dengan isotonik komersial dan air putih. Gingerol and zingerone can inhibit the secretion of gastric acid. Flavonoids have a cytoprotective effect that works by stimulating so that it increases prostaglandins. Acetone and methanol can protect the stomach by reducing stomach acid and preventing irritation of the gastric mucosa. In making traditional beverage products, the addition of brown sugar in addition to functioning as a sweet taste enhancer can also add a distinctive aroma and has a lower glycemic index than granulated sugar. To determine the level of preference for color, aroma, taste and texture and to find out the most preferred formula for Instant Ginger Drink. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with the manufacture of ginger drink that has been added with brown sugar with a ratio of formula 1 50 gr : 50 gr, formula 2 65 gr : 35 gr, formula 3 75 gr : 25 gr. The results of statistical tests using the Kruskal Wallis test because the data obtained were not normally distributed with the results obtained that the three treatments tested had no difference in color, aroma, taste, and texture (p > 0.50). In this study 3 formulas that have been tested for organoleptic preference levels are obtained formulas with the highest level of preference starting from color (52.6%), aroma (52.6 %), taste (52.6 %), and texture (68.4), which is in formula 2.Jahe sebagai bahan fungsional telah terbukti memiliki efek antiulserogenik karena mengandung Gingerol, Zingerone, Flavonoid, Aseton, Metanol dan minyak atsiri. Gingerol dan zingerone dapat menghambat sekresi asam lambung. Flavonoid memiliki efek sitoprotektif yang bekerja dengan merangsang sehingga meningkatkan prostaglandin. Aseton dan metanol dapat melindungi lambung dengan mengurangi asam lambung dan mencegah iritasi pada mukosa lambung. Dalam membuat produk minuman tradisional, penambahan gula merah selain berfungsi sebagai penambah rasa manis juga dapat menambah aroma khas dan memiliki indeks glikemik yang lebih rendah dibandingkan gula pasir. Early initiation of breastfeeding is beneficial for both mother and child. The prevalence of malnutrition status in toddlers aged 6 to 24 months is 17.75% undernourished toddlers are 32.47% severely stunted toddlers are 25,49% stunted toddlers are 25,08% severely underweight toddlers are 11,98% and underweight toddlers are 22,45%. The study aims at finding out the overview of exclusive breastfeeding status and toddlers aged 6 to 24 months nutritional status in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdisrict, Bone Bolango District. It applies descriptive survey research with the numbers of samples are seven toddlers. The research variale are the independent variable namely the overview of exclusive breastfeeding status and toddlers aged 6 to 24 months nutritional status in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subditrtict, Bone Bolango District. Finding reveals that toddles who receive exculsive breastfeeding are 19 toddlers (76%) and non-exclusive breastfeeding status are six toddlers (24%). In addition, the toddlers’s nutritional status with overnutrition category is as many as one toddler (4$), normal nutrition is as many as 20 toddlers (80%), undernutrition is as many as two toddlers (8%) and malnutrition is as many as two toddlers (8%). In short, most toddlers in Pauwo Viillage, Kabila Subdisctrict, Bone Bolango District, receive exclusive breastfeeding and have normal nutritional status.Pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan pemberian ASI saja kepada bayi tanpa diberi makanan dan minuman lain sejak dari lahir sampai 6 bulan. Menyusui sejak dini mempunyai dampak yang positif baik bagi ibu maupun bayinya. . Prevalensi status gizi buruk pada balita usia 6-24 sebesar 17,57% , balita gizi kurang 32,47%, balita sangat pendek 25,49%, balita pendek 25,08%, balita sangat kurus 11,98% sedangkan balita kurus 22,45%. (Riskesdas, 2018). Penetian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi pemberian ASI eksklusif dan status gizi balita umur 6-24 bulan di Kelurahan pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey deskriptif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 7 sampel. Vareabel penelitian yaitu variabel variabel mandiri yaitu gambaran status pemberian ASI eksklusif dan status gizi balita usia 6-24 bulan di Desa Pauwo Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa balita yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif berjumlah 19 orang (76%) dan yang tidak Eksklusif sebanyak 6 orang (24%). Status gizi anak balita dengan kategori gizi lebih 1 orang (4%), gizi baik 20 oramg (80%), gizi kurang 2 orang (8%) dan gizi buruk sebanyak 2 orang (8%). This study aims to describe the nutritional status of students at SDN 61 Kota Timur Gorontalo City. The research method used is descriptive research. The population is students in grades II, III, IV, and V at SDN 61 Kota Timur Gorontalo City totaling 260 people. The sample of this study amounted to 158 people. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely the description of nutritional status. The results showed that from 158 respondents who were categorized as undernourished, 2 people (1.2%), good nutrition (normal) amounted to 88 people (55.8%), at risk of overnutrition amounted to 38 people (24%), over nutrition totaled 22 people (13.9%) and obesity amounted to 8 people (5%). Respondents in the very short category are 1 person (0.63%), short are 8 people (5.0%), normal are 142 people (89.8%), high are 7 people (4.4%) respondents. The study concludes that of the 158 students who were sampled, all of them were included in the good nutrition category, but there was 1 person (0.63% included in the very short category). ABSTRAK Anak sekolah merupakan salah satu kelompok rawan gizi yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian keadaan gizinya, agar di kemudian hari mereka menjadi sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi siswa di SDN 61 Kota Timur Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi yaitu siswa/siswi kelas II, III, IV dan V SDN 61 Kota Timur Kota Gorontalo berjumlah 260 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 158 orang. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel mandiri yaitu gambaran status gizi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan dari 158 responden yang termasuk kategori gizi kurang berjumlah 2 orang (1,2%) , gizi baik (normal) berjumlah 88 orang (55,8%), beresiko gizi lebih berjumlah 38 orang (24%), gizi lebih berjumlah 22 orang (13,9%) dan obesitas berjumlah 8 orang (5%). Responden dengan kategori sangat pendek 1 orang (0,63%) , pendek berjumlah 8 orang (5,0%),normal berjumlah 142 orang (89,8%) , tinggi berjumlah 7 orang (4,4%) responden. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between nutritional status, exclusive breastfeeding and smoking with the incidence of ARI in the working area of the Puskesmas Semerap, Kerinci Jambi Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with a proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 106 children under five. Data collection was carried out in April 2022. The independent variable was the nutritional status of children under five, history of exclusive breastfeeding and exposure to cigaratte smoke and the dependent variable was ARI. Analysis using Chi Square and Cox Regression test. The proportion of the incidence of ARI in toddlers is 55.7%. There is correlation between nutritional status (undernutrition p= 0.046, PR= 3.13; over nutrition p= 0.014, PR= 3.67), history of exclusive breastfeeding (p= 0.029, PR= 1.51) and exposure to cigarette smoke ( p= 0.020, PR= 3). Factors that influence the incidence of ARI in infants are maternal knowledge, nutritional status, history of exclusive breastfeeding, exposure to cigarette smoke. t is hoped that the community, especially mothers of toddlers, always monitor the growth and development of toddlers by routine weighing, giving immunizations and complementary foods with balanced nutrition requirements.ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut) adalah penyakit infeksi akut yang menyerang satu atau lebih organ pernapasan yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme yang dapat berlangsung selama 2 minggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi, ASI ekslusif dan rokok dengan kejadian ISPA di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Semerap Kabupaten Kerinci Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 106 balita. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2022. Variabel independen adalah status gizi balita, riwayat ASI eksklusif dan paparan asap rokok dan variable dependen adalah ISPA. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dan Cox Regression. Proporsi kejadian ISPA pada balita sebanyak 55,7%. This factor will influence the consumption of unhealthy foods. Food consumption is one of the factors that reduce productivity, particularly in learning performance. Student achievement is an important factor in determining students' future success. This study aims to determine the relationship between food affordability and student achievement in Lampung. This study employed a quantitative method, which was included in the category of empirical observational analytic research with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used in this study was snowball sampling, and the sample size was 196 active students in Lampung. Food affordability was collected through a questionnaire, while learning achievement was collected through the value of the GPA (Student Cumulative Index) in the previous year, and the analysis used in this study was the Analysis of the Independent Sample T-Test test. The findings revealed that there was no relationship between food affordability and learning achievement. These findings can be seen in the calculation of the independent t-test test results; if the indicator of food expenditure is P 0.064 > 0.05, purchasing power is P 0.96 > 0.05, and food program assistance is P 0.24 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted as indicating no relationship. Indicators of food expenditure, purchasing power, and food program assistance show no relationship between eating affordability and learning achievement. It is hoped that students will choose to eat according to balanced nutrition guidelines in order to focus more on receiving the material provided and thus improve their achievement.Komponen keterjangkuan makan terdiri uang saku, harga makanan dan bantuan program makan. komponen ini di akan mempengatuhi asupan makan yang tidak sehat. asupan makanan menjadi salah satu faktor menurunya produktivitas terutama pada perfoma belajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating parenting patterns and the nutritional status of children aged 7-59 months in the working area of the Watutau Health Center, Poso Regency. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all children under five and mothers of children under five in the working area of the Watutau Health Center which amounted to 203 people with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study statistically showed that there was no difference in the relationship between eating patterns and the nutritional status of children under five with a significance value of 0.899. The conclusion in this study is that there is no difference in the relationship between parenting and nutritional status of children under five years old.Masalah kekurangan gizi pun dapat dilihat dari lambatnya proses pertumbuhan tinggi badan anak yang tercermin dari panjang atau tinggi badan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pola asuh makan terhadap status gizi balita usia 7-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Watutau Kabupaten Poso. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh balita dan ibu balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Watutau yang berjumlah 203 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan hubungan pola asuh makan dan status gizi balita dengan nilai Signifikansi 0,899. Based on the initial survey conducted at SDN 071079 Mandrehe District, out of 10 students whose nutritional status was seen, 7 students were classified as overweight and 3 students had good nutritional status. The impact of nutritional problems is more visible with the increase in degenerative diseases, such as coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and liver disease. To prevent this impact, efforts are needed to improve children's diet so that the type and amount of food intake is in accordance with needs. Objective Knowing the relationship between nutritional intake, breakfast and consumption of fast food with the nutritional status of school-age children at SDN 071079 Mandrehe District, West Nias Regency. Methods This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional study design. The sampling method in this study was using random sampling with a sample of 60 samples. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The test used is the Spearman rank test. Results Research shows that the variables of nutritional intake, breakfast and consumption of fast food have a significant relationship with the variable nutritional status with a value of p = (<0.05). Conclusion There is a relationship between nutritional intake, breakfast and fast food consumption with the nutritional status of school-age children at SDN 071079, Mandrehe District, West Nias Regency.Kondisi zat gizi saat ini menunjukkan dua hal kondisi yang ekstrem, yaitu kekurangan gizi dan kelebihan gizi. Berdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan di SDN 071079 Kecamatan Mandrehe, dari 10 siswa yang dilihat status gizinya terdapat 7 siswa tergolong status gizi lebih dan 3 siswa status gizi baik. Dampak masalah gizi lebih tampak dengan semakin meningkatnya penyakit degeneratif, seperti jantung coroner, diabetes mellitus, hipertensi dan penyakit hati. Untuk mencegah dampak ini perlu usaha dalam memperbaiki pola makan anak agar jenis dan jumlah asupan makan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan Mengetahui hubungan antara asupan gizi, sarapan pagi dan konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi anak usia sekolah di SDN 071079 Kecamatan Mandrehe Kabupaten Nias Barat. Metode Jenis penelitian yaitu observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan random sampling dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 sampel. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Nutritional imbalances such as insufficient macronutrient and micronutrient consumption, as well as the habit of eating high-calorie but low-nutrient foods (foods high in fat, carbohydrates, and sugar) can induce fat storage and interfere with nutrient metabolism, resulting in anemia. The study aims to analyze the correlation between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in female adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Way Tenong, West Lampung. This research employed a quantitative method with an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The population of the study was 458 female adolescents in grades X, XI, and XII at SMA Negeri 1 Way Tenong, West Lampung. The sample was taken as many as 140 students using a random sampling technique. The data collected were the identity of the respondent obtained through filling out a questionnaire by the respondent, then checking the nutritional status by measuring height and weight, as well as checking the incidence of anemia by measuring hemoglobin levels. Based on statistical tests using the Chi Square test, a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.1) was obtained which implied that there was a correlation between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in female adolescent at SMA Negeri 1 Way Tenong, West Lampung. Female adlescents should consume an intake that is appropriate for their needs, with balanced nutrition, and take blood-added supplements on a regular basis.Remaja putri berisiko lebih tinggi terkena anemia dibandingkan remaja laki-laki karena remaja putri mengalami siklus menstruasi dan kebiasaan makan yang salah. Ketidakseimbangan nutrisi berupa kurangnya asupan makronutrien maupun mikronutrien, kebiasaan konsumsi makanan tinggi kalori namun rendah nutrisi (tinggi lemak, karbohidrat, dan gula) dapat menyebabkan penumpukkan lemak dan mengganggu metabolisme penyerapan gizi besi yang kemudian akan berakibat mengalami anemia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan status gizi dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 1 Way Tenong, Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa remaja putri kelas X, XI, dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Way Tenong, Lampung barat sebanyak 458 siswi. Sampel diambil sebanyak 140 siswi dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Nutritional status is the condition of the body as a result of food consumption and use of nutrients.This study aims to describe the nutritional status and achievement of high school students in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango District. This research method uses a descriptive survey method, namely a survey conducted to describe the variables studied. The population is 46 students and a sample of 30 students. The independent variable is the learning achievement of high school students in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the study: 7 students (23.4%) with poor nutritional status, 18 students (60%) with good/normal nutritional status, 4 students (13.3%) with overweight nutritional status and 1 student with obesity nutritional status (3.3%). Student achievement with high report card scores is 20 people (66.4%), moderate report card scores are 9 people (30.3%), and low report card scores are 1 person (3.3%).Most high school students in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bonebolango Regency have normal nutritional status and high academic achievement.Remaja termasuk salah satu kelompok rentan gizi karena remaja berada pada siklus pertumbuhan atau perkembangan yang memerlukan zat-zat gizi dalam jumlah yang lebih besar dari kelompok umur yang lain, status gizi adalah keadaan tubuh sebagai akibat konsumsi makanan dan pengunaan zat-zat gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Status Gizi Dan Prestasi Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Di Desa Tanggilingo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey deskritif, yaitu survey yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan variable yang diteliti. Populasi sebanyak 46 siswa dan sampel 30 siswa. Variable mandiri yaitu prestasi belajar siswa sekolah menengah atas di Desa Tanggilingo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango.Siswa dengan status gizi kurang sebanyak 7 siswa (23,4%), status gizi baik/normal sebanyak 18 siswa(60%), status gizi lebih sebanyak 4 siswa (13,3%) dan status gizi obesitas sebanyak 1 siswa (3,3%). Prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai raport tinggi yaitu 20 orang (66,4%), nilai raport sedang 9 orang (30,3%), dan nilai raport rendah 1 orang (3,3%).
