GAMBARAN STATUS GIZI PADA ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR 小学儿童营养状况概述

The impact of malnutrition is that it can inhibit growth, reduce endurance, so it is susceptible to infectious diseases, resulting in low levels of intelligence, decreased physical ability, impaired physical and mental growth, stunting, blindness and death in children.  This research aims to determine the picture of nutritional status in elementary school children. Jenis this research is descriptive research.  Accidental sampling by accidental sampling.  The number of samples was 25 samples. Var i abel research i.e. nutritional status in primary school children. The results showed that the largest age categories were 10 years old (24.0%) and the least at the age of 7, 11 and 12 years respectively – 8.0%, male schoolchildren (52.0%) more than schoolchildren of the female sex (48.0%), elementary school children with normal nutritional status of 56%, thin 28%, very thin and fat 4% each,  and obesity 8%. The conclusion of this study is that most primary school children have good nutritional status.Status gizi merupakan keadaan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara asupan zat gizi dari makanan dengan kebutuhan zat gizi yang diperlukan untuk metabolisme tubuh. Dampak dari gizi kurang yaitu dapat menghambat pertumbuhan, mengurangi daya tahan tubuh, sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit infeksi, mengakibatkan rendahnya tingkat kecerdasan, penurunan kemampuan fisik, gangguan pertumbuhan jasmani dan mental, stunting, kebutaan serta kematian pada anak. Penetian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi pada anak sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian  deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 sampel. Variabel penelitian yaitu status gizi  pada anak sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kategori umur yang paling besar adalah usia 10 tahun (24,0%) dan yang paling sedikit pada usia 7, 11 dan 12 tahun masing – masing 8,0%, anak sekolah jenis kelamin laki – laki (52,0%) lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan anak sekolah jenis kelamin perempuan (48,0%), anak sekolah dasar dengan status gizi normal sebesar 56%, kurus 28%, sangat kurus dan gemuk masing-masing 4%, dan obesitas 8%. One of the nutritional problems that often occurs in adolescent is malnutrition because the amount of energy consumption and other nutrients does not meet the body’s needs. The occurrence of overnutrition in adolescents is caused by poor eating habits, so that the amount of energy input is excessive. This study aims to determine the description of eating habits and nutritional status in adolescents age 12-17 in Dutohe Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District. The methode employed was a descriptive survey. The population was the entire adolescents age 12-17 in Dutohe Village where 34 of them were taken as samples using Slovin Formula and accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the largest  animal side dish is fish, the largest vegetable side dish is tempeh, the largest fruit group is banana, and the largest vegetable group is water spinach. In addition, 23 respondents (67,6%) have good nutritional status. In conclusion, adolescents in Dutohe Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District have good nutritional status and eating habits even though the food is still not diverse enough.Status gizi merupakan keadaan tubuh sebagai akibat konsumsi makanan dan penggunaan zat gizi. Salah satu masalah gizi yang sering terjadi pada kelompok remaja adalah gizi kurang. Gizi kurang terjadi karena jumlah konsumsi energi dan zat gizi lain tidak memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh.  Kejadian gizi lebih remaja disebabkan kebiasaan makan yang kurang baik sehingga jumlah masukan energi berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran kebiasaan makan dan status gizi pada remaja umur 12-17 tahun di Desa Dutohe Kecamatan Kabila kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey deskriptif,  Populasi yaitu seluruh remaja di Desa Dutohe, sedangkan untuk sampel yang digunakan yaitu remaja yang berumur 12-17 tahun di Dusun 1 Desa Dutohe dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk penentuan sampel dan menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling sebagai Teknik pengambilan sampel. Hasil dan pembahasan  menunjukkan dari 34 sampel diketahui frekuensi makan remaja yang diperoleh yaitu untuk kelompok makanan pokok terbesar yaitu nasi, untuk kelompok lauk hewani yaitu ikan, untuk kelompok lauk nabati yaitu tempe, untuk kelompok buah-buahan yaitu pisang, sedangkan untuk kelompok sayur-sayuran yaitu kangkung. Untuk status gizi sendiri paling banyak didominasi oleh status gizi baik yaitu sejumlah 23 responden dengan persentase 67,6%. Besides, stunting is the impact of various factors such as low birth weight, inappropriate stimulation and parenting, inadequate nutrients intake, recurrent infection, and other assorted environmental factors. The research aims to discover the overview of parental nutrition knowledge and stunting incidents in school children in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Distirict. The research method applies a descriptive survey, namely a survey conducted to describe the variable examined. The population in this research is the whole elementary school stundents in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District, Which is amounted to 147 students, while the samples taken are 34 students. The independent variable are parental nutrition knowledge and stunting incidents in school children in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District. Finding discloses that parental knowledge with a good category is 85% and less good category is 15,0%. Whereas the stunting incident status in school children in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdsitrict, Bone Bolango district indicates that a child (5,0%) is stunting, 30 children (80%) are normal, and three children (15%) are tall. In conclusion, parental nutrition knowledge is mostly in the good category and stunting incidents in elementary school students in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District is 5%.Pengetahuan gizi merupakan pengetahuan tentang peranan dan zat gizi, sumber- sumber zat gizi pada makanan, makanan yang aman untuk dimakan sehingga tidak menimbulkan penyakit dan cara mengolah makanan yang baik agar zat gizi dalam makanan tidak hilang, serta bagaimana cara hidup sehat. Stunting merupakan dampak dari berbagai faktor seperti berat badan lahir rendah, stimulasi dan pengasuhan anak yang kurang tepat, asupan nutrisi kurang dan infeksi yang berulang, serta berbagai faktor lingkungan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Pengetahuan gizi orang tua dan terjadinya stunting pada anak sekolah dasar Di Kelurahan Pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey deskriptif, yaitu survey yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan variable yang diteliti. Populasi yaitu seluruh siswa di sekolah dasar Kelurahan Pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango yang berjumlah 147 siswa, sampel yang diambil yaitu berjumlah 34 orang. Variabel mandiri yaitu gambaran Pengetahuan gizi orang tua dan terjadinya stunting pada anak sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone bolango. This research aims to determine the picture of vegetable and fruit consumption in adolescents. The research method uses a descriptive survey, which is to describe the variables studied. The population is 210 people, the sample is calculated at 10% of the population of 21 people. The research variable is an independent variable, namely vegetable and fruit consumption in adolescents. The results showed that the distribution of research subjects based on the age group was the largest in the age group of 10-14 years, namely 12 people (57.1%)  while the group of subjects based on sex was the most male, namely 12 people (57.1%), the picture of  vegetable  and fruit consumption showed vegetable  consimsion In adolescents with less categories, there were 14 people (66.7%), 7 people (33.3%). Fruit consumption in adolescents with less categories amounted to 13 people (61.9%), quite 8 people (38.1%). The conclusion of this study is that most adolescents have less consumption rates of vegetables and fruits when  compared to the recommended recommendations.Sayur dan buah merupakan bahan pangan yang sangat memberi manfaat bagi tubuh, terutama untuk mendukung kebutuhan akan vitamin. Penetian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsumsi sayuran dan buah pada remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey deskriptif yaitu untuk menggambarkan variabel yang diteliti. Populasi sebanyak 210 orang, sampel dihitung sejumlah 10% dari populasi yaitu 21 orang. Variabel penelitian merupakan variabel mandiri yaitu konsumsi sayur dan buah pada remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi subjek penelitian berdasarkan kelompok umurr paling besar pada kelompok umur 10 – 14 tahun yakni sebanyak 12 orang (57,1%) sementara kelompok subjek berdasarkan jenis kelamin paling banyak laki – laki yakni 12 orang (57,1%), gambaran konsumsi sayur dan buah menunjukkan konsimsi sayur pada remaja dengan kategori kurang berjumlah 14 orang (66,7%), cukup berjumlah 7 orang (33,3%). Konsumsi buah pada remaja dengan kategori kurang  berjumlah 13 orang (61,9%), cukup  berjumlah 8 orang (38,1%). Talibo","doi":"10.52365/jhn.v7i2.456","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52365/jhn.v7i2.456","url":null,"abstract":" Skipjack  is a medium-sized fish from the skombride family and  the only species from katsuwonus genus, and it contains macro and micro minerals contain  needed by body. The minerals in skipjack includes K, Na, Ca, Fe, Cu, and Zn. Also, the fish contains good nutrientl content such as omega-3, omega-6, iron, vitamin A, D, E, B1, B6 and C. This research aims at finding out the preference level and nutritional value of skipjack nuggets with the addition of green spinach leaves for 10gr, 20gr and  30gr. Method applied in the research is organoleptic test with Friedman test and Wilcoxon test. The research data are collected by using  organoleptic test. The results of preference level indicated that the most preferred test by panelist is treatment I with average value of 2.88,  the most preferred aroma of skipjack nugget by panelist is in  treatment 2 with average value of 2.92,  the most preferred texture of skipjack nugget by panelist is in  treatment 2 with average value of 2.92 and the highest nutritional value  found in treatment 3 with value of  4.8 for energi,  0.27 for protein,   0.12 for fat and  0.87 for carbohydrate. To sum up, the most preferred skipjack nugget, reviewed from taste, color, aroma and texture, is in treatment2 (addition of 10 grams of skipjack. Ikan cakalang adalah ikan berukuran sedang dari familia skombride (tuna) satu-satunya spesies dari genus katsuwonus.Ikan cakalang memiliki kandungan mineral makro dan mikro yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Jenis mineral yang terkandung dalam ikan cakalang yaitu K, Na, Ca, Fe, Cu, dan Zn dan ikan cakalang memiliki kandungan gizi yang baik di antaranya omega-3, omega-6, zat besi, vitamin A, D, E, B1, B6 dan C. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan dan nilai gizi nugget ikan cakalang dengan penambahan daun bayam hijau 10gr, 20gr, 30gr. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu uji organoleptik dengan uji friedman test/perengkingan dan uji Wilcoxon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan form uji organoleptik. Hasil tingkat penerimaan nugget ikan cakalang terhadap rasa yang paling banyak disukai panelis yaitu pada perlakuan 1 nilai rata-rata diperoleh 2,88 untuk warna nugget ikan cakalang yang paling banyak disukai panelis yaitu pada perlakuan 1 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,92 untuk aroma nugget ikan cakalang yang paling banyak disukai panelis yaitu pada perlakukan 2 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,92 untuk tekstur nugget ikan cakalang yang paling banyak disukai panelis yaitu pada perlakuan 2 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,95 dan nilai gizi yang tertinggi yaitu ada pada perlakuan 3 dengan energi 4,8 protein 0,27 lemak 0,12 karbohidrat 0,87. This study aims to figure out the overview of the nutritional status of toodlers in Toto Selatan Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District. The research method employs descriptive research to observe the nutritional status of toddlers in Toto Selatan Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District. Finding reveals that out of the 30 samples, toddlers with malnutrition are 6,7%, undernutrition are 26,7%, normal nutrition are 66,6%, and overnutrition is 0%. Whereas toddlers’ nutritional status based on BH/A (Body Height/Age) indicates that of the 30 toddlers as the respondents, 3,3% of toddlers are severely stunted, 30,0% of toddlers are stunted, 60,0% of toddlers are normal and, 6,7% of toddlers are tall. In brief, there are some undernourished toddlers malnourished toddlers, stunted toddlers, and severely stunted toddlers in Toto Selatan Village.Status gizi merupakan gambaran ukuran terpenuhinya kebutuhan gizi yang diperoleh dari asupan dan penggunaan zat gizi oleh tubuh. Anak balita adalah anak yang telah menginjak usia di atas satu tahun atau lebih popular dengan pengertian usia anak di bawah lima tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi pada balita di desa Toto Selatan kecamatan Kabila kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang melihat gambaran status gizi pada anak balita di Bone Bolango dengan mengambil data dalam satu waktu. Hasil Penelitian dari 30 sampel anak balita yang memiliki status gizi buruk sebanyak 6,7%, gizi kurang 26,7%, gizi baik 66,6% dan gizi lebih 0,0%. Status gizi berdasarkan TB/U menunjukkan dari 30 anak balita sebagai responden yang memiliki status gizi sangat pendek sebanyak 3,3 %, pendek 30,0%, normal  60,0% dan tinggi  6,7%. Those who often experience stunting are school children caused by lack of nutritional intake consumed, Inappropriate parenting behavior or patterns, low household food availability, and infectious diseases. This study aims to determine the description of carbohydrate and protein intake and the incidence of stunting in school children in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District. The method employed was a descriptive survey, which is a survey to describe the variables studied. The population was 118 respondents where 55 of them met the inclusion criteria as the sample. The results showed that some school children in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District were stunted (23%), and some had very low carbohydrate intake (27.3%), and protein intake (29.1%). In conclusion, school children in Pauwo Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Disctrict experience low carbohydrate and protein intake, and the majority of their  nutritional status (H/A) is categorized as not stunting.Salah satu masalah gizi masyarakat di indonesia adalah stunting. Yang sering mengalami stunting adalah kelompok sasaran anak sekolah karena disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi yang dikonsumsi, perilaku atau pola asuh orang tua yang salah, ketersediaan pangan tingkat rumah tangga yang rendah, dan juga infeksi penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan karbohidrat dan protein serta kejadian stunting pada anak sekolah di Kelurahan Pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey deskriptif, yaiitu survey yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan variabel yang diteliti. Populasi berjumlah 118 orang, sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sejumlah 55 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian anak sekolah mengalami stunting (23%), sebagian anak sekolah memiliki asupan karbohidrat yang sangat kurang (27,3%), dan asupan protein yang sangat kurang (29,1%). This kind of foof is known both at all ages and at all social levels of society. Crackers have a crispy and crunchy texture that can be anchovy is one group of pelagic fish inhabiting coastal waters and has an extensive distribution. This study aims to reveal the acceptability of taste, color, aroma and texture of crackes with the addition of 25 g, 30 g, and 35 g anchovies. In this study, the organoleptic test with the friedman test/ranking test and the further testing or Wilcoxon testing is used as the research method. Moreover, the data collection is performed by using a checklist. The result shows that the most favored crackers in terms of the acceptability of taste are the P1 with an average score of 2,65, with the addition of 25 g anchovies. In terms of color acceptability, the most favored cracker is the P2,with an average score of 2,65, with the addition of 30 g anchovies. For the acceptability of aroma, the P3 is the most preferred cracker with the addition of 35 g anchovies with an average score of 2,71. And finally, in terms of texture acceptability,P1 becomes the most preferred cracker with an average score of 2,58 and the addition of 25 g anchovies. To sum up, based on the organoleptic test the highest taste, color, aroma, and texture acceptability of crackers in P3 with the addition of 30 g anchovies.Kerupuk adalah salah satu produk olahan tradisional yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Makanan tersebut dikenal baik di segala usia maupun tingkat sosial masyarakat. Kerupuk memiliki tekstur yang renyah dan garing yang dapat dikonsumsi sebagai makanan selingan maupun sebagai variasi dalam lauk pauk (Koswara, 2009). Ikan teri merupakan salah satu kelompok ikan pelagis yang menghuni perairan pesisir serta memiliki sebaran yang sangat luas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya terima terhadap rasa, warna, aroma, dan tekstur pada kerupuk dengan penambahan ikan teri 25 gr, 30 gr, 35 gr. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu uji organoleptik dengan uji friedman test/perengkingan dan uji lanjut atau uji Wilcoxon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan check list. Hasil uji daya terima kerupuk dengan penambahan ikan teri terhadap rasa yang paling banyak disukai yaitu P1 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,65 dengan penambahan ikan teri 25 gr, untuk warna yang paling banyak disukai yaitu P2 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,65 dengan penambahan ikan teri 30 gr, aroma yang paling banyak disukai yaitu P3 nilai rata-rata 2,71 dengan penambahan 35 gr ikan teri, dan untuk tekstur yang paling banyak disukai yaitu P1 nilai rata-rata 2,58 dengan penambahan 25 gr ikan teri. This substance is especially needed in hemopoboesis (blood formation), namely the synthesis of hemoglobin (Hb) an oxygen that delivers erythrocytes to function important for the body. Hemoglobin consists of Fe (iron), protoporphyrin, and globin (1/3 weight of Hb consists of Fe). Objective of the study was describe the iron intake and nutritional status of adolescent girls in Dutohe Barat Village, Bone Bolango Regency. Research methods was used a descriptive survey, which is a survey conducted to describe the variables studied. The population was 83 people, with a sample that meets the inclusion criteria of 40 people. The results was showed that all young women (100%) in Dutohe Barat Village had less iron intake. Adolescent girls with good nutritional status are 37 people (92.5%), overweight are 2 people (5%), and obese are 1 person (2.5%). Conclusion was all young women as a subject in the study have low iron intake, while the majority of their nutritional status (BMI/U) was in good category. ABSTRAK  Zat besi merupakan mikroelemen yang esensial bagi tubuh. Zat ini terutama diperlukan dalam hemopoboesis (pembentukan darah) yaitu sintesis hemoglobin (Hb) suatu oksigen yang mengantarkan eritrosit berfungsi penting bagi tubuh. Hemoglobin terdiri dari Fe (zat besi), protoporfirin, dan globin (1/3 berat Hb terdiri dari Fe). Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan zat besi dan status gizi pada remaja putri di Desa Dutohe Barat Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey deskriptif, yaitu survey yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan variabel yang diteliti. Populasi berjumlah 83 orang, dengan sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sejumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua remaja putri (100%) memiliki asupan zat besi kurang. Remaja putri berstatus gizi baik berjumlah 37 orang (92,5%), gizi lebih berjumlah 2 orang (5%), dan obesitas berjumlah 1 orang (2,5%). However, it does not mean that after exclusive breastfeeding, breastfeeding is stopped, but it is still given to babies until the baby is 2 years old. The study aims to determine the description of breastfeeding mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding in Talango Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The type of research was a descriptive survey research. The number of samples was 26 samples. The research variable is the independent variable describing the mother's knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. The results of the study were the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers, regarding exclusive breastfeeding is more in the good category with a total of 16 people with a percentage of 61.2% and the respondents in the sufficient category are 10 people, the most respondents according to age are 28-33 years old. amounted to 14 people with a percentage of 53.8%. For respondents according to occupation, most of them are IRT with a total of 22 people with a percentage of 84.6. Then respondents according to education more junior high school education with a total of 8 people with a percentage of 30.8%. The conclusion of the study was breastfeeding mothers with exclusive breastfeeding from 26 respondents showed that respondents who had good knowledge were 16 people with a percentage (61.2%) and those who had sufficient knowledge were 10 people with a percentage (38.5%).ASI eksklusif adalah memberikan hanya ASI saja tanpa memberikan makanan dan minuman lain kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 6 bulan, kecuali obat atau vitamin. Namun bukan berarti setelah pemberian ASI eksklusif pemberian ASI dihentikan, akan tetapi tetap diberikan kepada bayi sampai bayi berusia 2 tahun. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu menyusui tentang ASI esklusif di Desa Talango Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian adalah  penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif, untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang ASI eksklusif di desa Talango. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahun ibu menyusui tentang ASI eskluisf lebih banyak kategori baik dengan jumlah 16 orang dengan presentase 61,2% dan responden kategori cukup berjumlah 10 orang, responden menurut usia  terbanyak yaitu  beusia 28-33 tahun yang berjumlah 14 orang dengan presentase 53,8%. Untuk responden menurut pekerjaan terbanyak IRT dengan jumlah 22 orang dengan presentase 84,6. Kemudian responden menurut pendidikan lebih banyak berpendidikan sekolah menengah pertama dengan jumlah 8 orang dengan presentase 30,8%.
