The negative impact of work motivation has become a severe problem for a company. The negative impacts that can be felt are the lack of performance provided by the employee and reduced curiosity about the regulations that exist in the company and consider work as unimportant or the lack of incentives provided by an organization that reduces work motivation. Work motivation is expected to provide more value to carry out work properly and correctly, which aims to benefit a company organization that is being run. In this study, the number of resource persons who participated was three consisting of the Head, Leader, and Staff employees within the company. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the company to find out what factors affect the work motivation of employees and are expected to be implemented within the company. The method used in this research is qualitative by using interview techniques. Influencer endorsers are an effective trend for business actors to promote the products they sell. The existence of the TikTok Shop feature on the TikTok application makes it easier for consumers to buy the goods they want. This study will find out how the influence of social media marketing and influencer endorsers on TikTok on purchase intention at TikTok Shop. The research method used is quantitative and the type of research is descriptive and causal. Sampling was done by the non-probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that social media marketing and influencer endorsers on TikTok have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at TikTok Shop. As well as to determine the magnitude of the influence of other people's recommendations and social media facilities on the interest in buying backpack products on a CV. Consina Sagara Alam. The research method used is descriptive and verification with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation questionnaires and literature studies. The statistical analysis method used is path analysis with partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneously (f-test). The results of the t-test show that there is a significant positive effect between other people's recommendations and purchase interest and there is a significant positive effect between social media facilities and purchase interest. Globalization has a great influence on the world of industry and organizations, namely connecting industrial and organizational activities to be without boundaries. In the company that the author will examine, namely PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery, located in Indonesia, Cilegon, Banten, has not been able to stabilize basic sales revenue. This phenomenon indicates the low performance of employees. The high and low performance of the employee is predicted by the level of the variables that influence it, namely expatriate cross-cultural leadership and job satisfaction. This study uses a survey with the type of verificative explanation research on 96 employees. Analysis and interpretation of the results of data processing using descriptive analysis and verification analysis (Partial Least Square). The results of the analysis show that the variable cross-cultural leadership of South Korean expatriates is included in the high category while the variables of job satisfaction and performance are included in the moderate category and the strengths and weaknesses of South Korean cross-cultural leadership have a positive and significant influence on the level of job satisfaction and employee performance. One indication is the high level of absenteeism and tardiness that is increasing, which is one of the factors that is thought to be the cause of the decline in employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance, either simultaneously or partially, and also to determine the most dominant independent variable affecting employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of the Suzuki Finance Banjarmasin office. The research sample was 33 people using the census technique (saturated sampling) and analyzed by multiple linear regression data analysis technique using the SPSS-25 computer application.
