Without good investment prospects, it is difficult to develop economies of scale that will bring prosperity to developing countries. This study aims to find out what are the backgrounds of young investors who are interested in investing in mutual funds in the Seeds and Bareksa applications. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method as a research method. The use of the Seeds and Bareksa applications in mutual fund investments has various promotions that increase investor interest in investing in these applications. Promotions are offered such as cashback and discounts when investing and also if you can invite colleagues to join the application and make investments. Many young investors choose the Seeds application over Bareksa in investing in mutual funds online, namely because the ease of features in the application provided by Seeds are easier for young investors to understand.","PeriodicalId":202630,"journal":{"name":"Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127933701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The presence of PT Gojek Indonesia as a startup engaged in the field of online transportation has received a positive response from Gen-Z circles. This can be seen from the several services that PT Gojek Indonesia continues to develop so that in the end, there are 22 on-demand services that users can enjoy. This study aims to determine the indicators of Gen-Z consumer needs preferences in measuring brand alignment and how PT Gojek Indonesia will carry out the strategy to create the brand identity and brand advocacy for Gen-Z. The quantitative method used in this research uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The critical finding of this study is that three exogenous variables (Brand Alignment, Brand Identity, and Brand Advocacy) positively and significantly affect consumer needs. However, this study has yet to explore consumer needs by adopting a comprehensive theory. Therefore, future research on brand alignment, identity, and advocacy, should discuss in more detail the sides of consumer needs by taking into account relevant theories, such as Maslow’s theory of markets and consumer behavior.","PeriodicalId":202630,"journal":{"name":"Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131935612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides, Indonesian manufacturing companies rank highly among foreign debt borrowers, with a total debt of US$ 392.6 billion, as reported by Bank Indonesia's Foreign Debt Statistics (SULNI) emphasizing the importance of analyzing their capital structure to understand their financial health, as it is influenced by their debt and capital holdings. This study aims to thoroughly examine the pivotal roles of ownership structure and capital structure in shaping the future trajectory of companies in Indonesia's manufacturing sector, with a specific focus on how their financial decision-making affects their performance. This study analyzed data from 97 listed companies on the IDX over five years (2017-2021) using a statistical method called panel regression. The findings indicate that the way a company is owned does not significantly influence its performance. However, the study does uncover that capital structure, measured by DAR, negatively impacts ROA without affecting ROE. On the other hand, the capital structure measured by DER negatively impacts ROE without affecting ROA. Firm size plays a significant and positive role in influencing company performance as a control variable.","PeriodicalId":202630,"journal":{"name":"Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125141143","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study researcher used a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents via the Google form to measure the results of the research variables. This study uses data analysis techniques using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software which is a variance-based structural equation analysis (SEM) that can simultaneously test structural models. The results showed that the discount variable had no significant effect on customer purchasing decisions in online business, then the transaction convenience variable proved to have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in the community in Labuhanbatu Regency.","PeriodicalId":202630,"journal":{"name":"Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122618618","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
