The study USES a type of qualitative research with an approach to case studies. The object of this study was performed at the man 2 polman. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study include the headmaster, the vice principal of curriculum, students, committee and students. The analysis techniques used in the study are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, deduction. The triangulation used to test the validity of data is source triangulation. Based on research results from 4 standards contained 4 principles: 1. The standards of graduate competence are reviewed: a) customer satisfaction, parental involvement in SKL formulations, b) leadership as well as school involvement in SKL, c) teamwork, teamwork between teachers in formulating SKL. D) the measurement, the evaluation of the student's value 2. The content standard is reviewed: a) customer satisfaction, mastering and explaining lesson materials,b) leadership, principal involved in prgram c production) teamwork, involvement, school fads, board of teachers, committee, and education services (d) measurements, the quantification of the 3 prepared programs. Process standards covered: A) customer satisfaction, to achieve the goal of learning by making learning syllabus b) leadership, the principal does silabus creating guidance and development. C) teamwork, teamwork in the formulation of preliminary activities, core activities down to the conclusion of the d) measurement, that is, the evaluation of the learning process, the performance of the learning process, the assessment of the learning process and the monitoring of the learning process. 4. This research is a qualitative research where the primary data is obtained from the results of interviews with the leadership of the Seventh-day Adventist Spritual institutionorganization in the Conference Area. While secondary data is additional data. The results show that first, the mechanism for implementing Spiritual institutionin the Conference Area Adventist Spritual institutionorganization through the Conference Area Executive Committee (EXCOM) as the board of directors, the Finance Committee as the committee that evaluates financial reports and audit results of the congregation and conference area financial statements, internal auditors are carried out by the spritual institutionauditors and the General Conference Auditing Service (GCAS). The results of this study indicate that the Conference Area Adventist spritual institutionorganization has good management governance. Several improvements can be made by establishing a more independent audit committee and optimizing the work of the internal auditors. Second, in general, the practice of financial reporting in the working environment of the spiritual institution in the Conference Area is in accordance with the principles of good governance, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in the study included the headmaster, curriculum section vice principal, students, publicists, sarpras, committee and students. The analysis techniques used in the study are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, deduction. The triangulation used to test the validity of data is source triangulation.Research showed that the management of education in MA BPII Pamboang was established from the decision of the head of the school to manage education in MA BPII Pamboang, from the independence of the principal to take decisions in curriculum and student classes, the participation of all schoolchildren from the principal, teacher, and teacher. The education and education participants have a crucial share in all of the activities that are available in MA BPII Pamboang, where school management was conducted according to each other's ability, and the principal gives all schoolchildren an opportunity to make an opinion to improve the quality of education ma bpii pamboang. Integrated quality management in MA BPII (Indonesia islamic School) researcher found that it had not fully applied integrated quality management, as shown by studies that researcher had found only 5 integrated quality management principles from 8 existing ones. This study aims to see the level of effectiveness of the think pair share cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes. This research method uses an experimental research approach which was carried out at Junior Hihg School 1 Makassar by conducting post and pre tests to identify student learning outcomes and activities. The results showed that there were differences in the results after the posttest and pretest where there was an increase in the average score with the standard deviation increasing from 3.4 to 6.6 while the students' activities got a score of 3.7 with a very good category. Community lawsuit over the land of Takatidung Village Office where the Polewali Mandar District Government has a certificate for control of the land. In this case, it is necessary to have public legal awareness so as not to necessarily file a lawsuit for an object without a valid authentic evidence. This study aims to analyze community lawsuits over certified land and find out its legal force and use qualitative descriptive research methods.Based on the results of this study, the Local Government of Polewali Mandar Regency has strong Juridical Evidence before the law because it has a basis of Rights in the form of a Right of Use Certificate (SHP) Number 21 of 2006 for the object of dispute claimed by the community. A certificate is proof of rights issued by the National Land Agency (BPN) to the rightful owner of a land or building so that the owner gets certainty and legal protection. In this case, the Panel of Judges of the Polewali District Court proved by analyzing the contents of the plaintiff's suit and the defendant's disclaimer, adjusted to the written evidence and testimony of witnesses so as to produce legal facts. Disability groups as part of Indonesian citizens have the right to be actively involved in political activities. Undang-undang No. 7 tahun 2017 is the basis of reference for groups of persons with disabilities to apply to be elected in general elections, but reality shows low perception and trust towards groups of persons with disabilities, the unavailability of quotas and opportunities from supporting political parties. In West Sumatra, the level of political participation of the disabled group is still low. In Sumatera Barat regional head selection in 2020 , the average political participation rate for persons with disabilities only reached 35 percent. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This paper tries to analyze what political rights and needs of groups of persons with disabilities are in implementing the People's Democratic Party and what obstacles occur in efforts to fulfill the political rights of groups of persons with disabilities in West Sumatra. This is necessary, bearing in mind that the next general election will be held again. Therefore, it is necessary to solve problems related to these problems by applying Realistic Mathematics Learning. The type of research used is pre-experimental research which aims to determine the effect of real mathematics learning on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The research design used was The One Group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using test techniques. The data analysis technique used paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average mathematics learning outcomes score before treatment was 73.17, and after treatment was 82.96. While the results of inferential statistical analysis showed that the score of the p-value (sig (2-takes)) was 0.000 <0.05. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi dalam mencari dan menyajikan hasil data yang ditemukan di lapangan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada 20 responden yang terdiri dari pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama dan orangtua siswa serta remaja Desa Kuajang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 65% masyarakat sangat setuju dan 35% masyarakat setuju pada program Kampung Pendidikan berbasis nilai religius kearifan lokal dalam mengatasi kemerosotan moral remaja. Korelasi antara hasil presentase yang ditemukan di lapangan dengan klasifikasi presentase tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dapat dinyatakan bahwa persepsi masyarakat Lemo Tua, Desa Kuajang, Sulawesi Barat terhadap Program Kampung Pendidikan Berbasis Nilai Religius Kearifan Lokal dalam Mengatasi Kemerosotan Moral Remaja berada pada tingkat setuju. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a correlational design. The population in this study were all students of SMP N 1 Mambi, the sample of this study was class VII students with a total of 57 students. The instruments used are test sheets and questionnaires. Data collection techniques in this study are test and non-test techniques—data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics parametric inferential Pearson correlation. The descriptive statistical analysis of reading habits results showed that the highest score was 92.50 and the lowest score was 54.17. Then the total number obtained is 4254.13, and the average is 74.6339. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of reading comprehension ability showed the highest score obtained was 89.29 and the lowest score was 25.00. Then the total number obtained is 3510.68, and the average is 61.5909. shows that when the Pearson Correlation is -0.120 and sig. (2-tailed) is 0.347. Because of sig. (2-tailed) is higher than (0.05) then it can be stated that there is no relationship between reading habits and reading comprehension. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were students in Makassar City. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling with the number of respondents as many as 225 (N = 225) students. This study was measured using a cheating behavior scale and a self-control scale. The research data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study indicate that the significant value is p = 0.000 (p<0.05), and the correlation coefficient is r = -0.742. Thus, there is a relationship between self-control and cheating behavior in students in Makassar City.
