The proposed infrastructure is divided into two parts: brake optimal control part and maintenance reconfiguration part. Compared with traditional maintenance schedule optimization problems, optimal control is executed in advance in order to relieve the wear of brake shoe. The reliability requirements determined at the design stage need to realize through the manufacturing process. So, it is an urgent matter to ensure the reliability of the products in the manufacturing process. In product manufacturing process, there are many factors influence the form of the final reliability, such as process, equipment, etc. If the relationship between various factors and the realization of the product reliability requirements is not fully considered and controlled, the reliability index after the completion of product processing often cannot meet the design requirements. This paper first summarizes the research achievements on the assurance of reliability, and then based on the research, puts forward the concept of the assurance of reliability during the manufacturing process, analyze the main factors influencing the reliability of the mechanical manufacturing process and establish the corresponding system and model to guide the effective control of mechanical manufacturing process, finally ensure the implementation of reliability requirements which is determined in the stage of design. According to the life rules of the electronic parts and the components of the predicted equipment, a distribution function for the abnormality state is constructed, and then the state prediction method for the discrete variables is especially researched. The effectiveness of the proposed prediction model and method is validated by a large optical system. The proposed diagnosis method is composed of two stages. The first stage is the record processing module. In this stage, fault records need to be processed by using cosine similarity. The rapid diagnosis module is the second stage. During this stage, fuzzy semantic inference is used to diagnosis the fault. One experimental study is carried out with the history records of pulling motor of EMU (Electric Multiple Units) to verify the effectiveness of the proposed diagnosis method. The interpolation discrete Fourier transform (DFT) method, employed in frequency domain, is one of the most well studied frequency estimation methods. In this paper, a comparison has been made on the noise performance of various frequency estimators based on interpolation DFT algorithm with rectangular window or the Hanning window. The probability distribution of estimation errors returned by different frequency estimators as a function of frequency deviation, rather than the root mean square error of estimates which is usually adopted in the past references, is considered. As a score function of the occurrence, severity and detection of a failure, risk priority number is the most common risk analysis approach. For degrading systems, the probability of failure occurrence could be obtained by modeling the degradation path, and the severity of failure could be quantified through engineering experience. Generally, the accuracy of the model is affected by the number of training data reflecting the detection. In this paper, we focus on statistical data driven approaches, which rely on the degradation data and statistical process model to describe the degradation path. First of all, we discuss the relationships between the accuracy of parameter estimation with likelihood function as well as the corresponding information entropy, based on probability theory and information theory. Then relative entropy indicating the distance between two distributions is utilized to evaluate the accuracy of parameter estimation, i.e. the degree of detection. Moreover, the risk value can be derived, because the probability of failure can be evaluated via modeling the degradation path. Firstly, in order to ensure the availability of the algorithm, the reliability, accuracy and robustness of the algorithm are tested by using the classical test function. The optimization model, which is solved by the improved CSA, is established based on the idea of minimizing the residual sum of squares (RSS). The algorithmic improvement has three schemes including the improvement of discovering probability, the improvement of step-size scale and their integrated scheme. In the case study, craft windshields are regarded as the objects, and two-fold Weibull mixture is considered as the fitting function. Four parameter estimation methods based on CSA and three improved CSAs are respectively used to estimate the parameters for 2000 times. The soft failure is described by a nonstationary Gamma process exceeding the predefined critical level. In the previous works the failure modes were considered to be independent, while in this paper the dependent relationship is facilitated using the Cox's proportional hazard model that incorporates the degradation process as a time-varying covariate. To make the evaluation feasible, an approximation technique is applied in both degradation path and time axis, thereby all the reliability quantities can be derived and calculated with basic manipulations of the transition probability matrix. And later FMEA has been extended to other industries, such as electronics, medical and so on. For key products, FMEA is an indispensable part in reliability analysis. However, many products are newly researched and developed, with high integrated level and complicated failure mode, reasons and effects. Historical data and similar products data are also scarce, which constrain the effectiveness of hardware FMEA. Besides, technicians are relatively young and inexperienced with incomplete understanding of failure and effects, which will result in incomplete analysis results. These problems affect implementation effect of hardware FMEA and will affect the subsequent reliability, maintainability, testability and supportability analysis work. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes an integrated method for hardware FMEA of new electronic products which integrates present advanced failure mode acquisition, failure mechanism analysis and failure effect analysis together. This method can effectively solve the above problems, meanwhile make supplement for the problem not taking redundant design into consideration in traditional FMEA method.
