In product manufacturing process, there are many factors influence the form of the final reliability, such as process, equipment, etc. If the relationship between various factors and the realization of the product reliability requirements is not fully considered and controlled, the reliability index after the completion of product processing often cannot meet the design requirements. This paper first summarizes the research achievements on the assurance of reliability, and then based on the research, puts forward the concept of the assurance of reliability during the manufacturing process, analyze the main factors influencing the reliability of the mechanical manufacturing process and establish the corresponding system and model to guide the effective control of mechanical manufacturing process, finally ensure the implementation of reliability requirements which is determined in the stage of design. Abstract

The reliability of the product is designed, manufactured and managed. Now, there are many research about product reliability in the stage of design, while the research on product reliability in the stage of manufacturing process is less. The reliability requirements determined at the design stage need to realize through the manufacturing process. 机械产品制造过程中可靠性保证的研究
产品的可靠性从设计、制造到管理。目前,对设计阶段产品可靠性的研究较多,而对制造过程阶段产品可靠性的研究较少。在设计阶段确定的可靠性要求需要通过制造过程来实现。因此,在制造过程中,如何保证产品的可靠性已成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。在产品制造过程中,影响最终可靠性形成的因素有很多,如工艺、设备等。如果不充分考虑和控制各种因素与产品可靠性要求实现之间的关系,则产品加工完成后的可靠性指标往往不能满足设计要求。本文首先总结了可靠性保证的研究成果,然后在研究的基础上,提出了制造过程可靠性保证的概念,分析了影响机械制造过程可靠性的主要因素,并建立了相应的系统和模型,以指导机械制造过程的有效控制。最后确保在设计阶段确定的可靠性要求的实现。这不仅突出了相关工作的重要性,也为后续制造过程可靠性保证的研究提供了方向。
