Now, there are many research about product reliability in the stage of design, while the research on product reliability in the stage of manufacturing process is less. The reliability requirements determined at the design stage need to realize through the manufacturing process. So, it is an urgent matter to ensure the reliability of the products in the manufacturing process. In product manufacturing process, there are many factors influence the form of the final reliability, such as process, equipment, etc. If the relationship between various factors and the realization of the product reliability requirements is not fully considered and controlled, the reliability index after the completion of product processing often cannot meet the design requirements. This paper first summarizes the research achievements on the assurance of reliability, and then based on the research, puts forward the concept of the assurance of reliability during the manufacturing process, analyze the main factors influencing the reliability of the mechanical manufacturing process and establish the corresponding system and model to guide the effective control of mechanical manufacturing process, finally ensure the implementation of reliability requirements which is determined in the stage of design.
