In this paper, a novel diagnosis method based on cosine similarity and fuzzy semantic inference for intelligent IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) platform is investigated. The proposed diagnosis method is composed of two stages. The first stage is the record processing module. In this stage, fault records need to be processed by using cosine similarity. The rapid diagnosis module is the second stage. During this stage, fuzzy semantic inference is used to diagnosis the fault. One experimental study is carried out with the history records of pulling motor of EMU (Electric Multiple Units) to verify the effectiveness of the proposed diagnosis method. 摘要

近年来,随着智能装备的发展,智能平台和人工智能方法在故障处理中的应用迅速增加。本文研究了一种基于余弦相似度和模糊语义推理的智能交互式电子技术手册(IETM)平台故障诊断方法。所提出的诊断方法分为两个阶段。第一阶段是记录处理模块。在此阶段,需要使用余弦相似度对故障记录进行处理。快速诊断模块是第二阶段。在此阶段,采用模糊语义推理进行故障诊断。利用动车组牵引电机的历史记录进行了实验研究,验证了所提诊断方法的有效性。实验结果表明了该方法的优越性。
