From this traditional game, students will be able to develop the potential that exists within themselves. In addition, they will get a meaningful experience, be able to build relationships with fellow friends, and be able to channel pleasant or memorable feelings. Another benefit of this traditional game is participating in preserving the nation's culture. The socialization activity of Central Kalimantan traditional game books is an effort by the writer in developing aspects of early childhood development. This activity was socialized by the writer to the teachers in the form of demonstrations of 4 traditional Central Kalimantan games. Then, the teachers would practice the game with the students. The writer also assisted with evaluation during this activity. Participants have demonstrated their ability to practice traditional games. One by one, students tried to practice traditional games properly and correctly. They were happy in this socialization activity. The participants of this socialization activity were Kasih Ibu Kindergarten teachers and Kasih Ibu Kindergarten students. After practicing traditional games, they became more enthusiastic about playing traditional games in Central Kalimantan. Dari permainan tradisional ini, peserta didik akan mampu mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam dirinya. Selain itu, mereka akan mendapatkan pengalaman yang bermakna, mampu membina relasi dengan sesama teman dan mampu menyalurkan perasaan-perasaan yang menyenangkan atau berkesan. Manfaat lain dari permainan tradisional ini adalah turut berpartisipasi dalam melestarikan budaya bangsa. Kegiatan sosialisasi buku permainan tradisional Kalimantan Tengah sebagai upaya tim penulis dalam pengembangan aspek perkembangan anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini disosialisasikan oleh Tim penulis kepada para guru berupa demonstrasi 4 permainan tradisional Kalimantan Tengah. Kemudian, para guru akan mempraktekkan permainan tersebut kepada peserta didik. Tim penulis juga melakukan pendampingan hingga evaluasi selama kegiatan ini. Peserta telah menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam mempraktekkan permainan tradisional. Satu per satu peserta didik mencoba mempraktekkan permainan tradisional dengan baik dan benar. Para siswa sangat mengharapkan penguasaan terhadap bidang ilmu dan teknologi dalam pengajaran matematika khususnya aplikasi di era globalisasi, supaya siswa mampu menaikkan daya kreasi, mengembangkan, dan menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Para siswa lebih mudah dalam mengkonkretkan simbol, tabulasi serta menyelesaikan perhitungan matematika berbantuan aplikasi matematika secara benar dan teliti. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah aplikasi photomath. Aplikasi photomath adalah sebuah aplikasi Android, iOS, ataupun Windows Phone yang memiliki fungsi untuk menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika dengan cara memotret atau menulis soal matematikanya. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa Kelas V SDN 013847 Serdang agar dapat memahami dan memanfaatkan aplikasi photomath sebagai media belajar matematika, agar memudahkan siswa belajar secara mandiri. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 013847 Serdang. Dalam metode pelaksanaannya, kegiatan ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap awal, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil instalasi, diperoleh trendline hubungan antara sudut datang sinar matahari dengan tegangan yang dihasilkan. Dari analisa data didapat fungsi y = -0.0001x2 + 0.0071x + 19.714 dengan R2 = 0.9672. The purpose of this training is to increase students' understanding of SMP N 1 Pulo Banding regarding learning technology using the Quizizz game application in increasing students' knowledge of computer devices. Game Quizzes is a game-based educational application for interactive and fun assessments. The training method is carried out in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice. The evaluation of this training was conducted using an open questionnaire to determine the extent of students' knowledge of computer equipment. The evaluation results show that the use of Quizizz games is very interesting and can increase students' learning motivation. The conclusion of the training shows that there is an increase in students' knowledge of SMP N 1 Pulo Banding about computer equipment. Smoking has become commonplace among people, especially among teenagers. Teenagers become one of the cigarette users who continue to increase, this is influenced by many factors related to the personality and environment of adolescents. Factors that influence smoking habits are family, peers, the environment, and friends with smokers. Many teenagers think that smoking is a symbol of maturity without thinking about the cause. The purpose of this problem is to help teenagers to quit smoking. To solve this problem, the method used is social group work. As for the achievements of this problem, especially teenagers, they know and understand the dangers of smoking and are more likely to lead a healthy lifestyle. Keywords: teenager; smoke; desire to quit smokingAbstrak: Rendahnya pengetahuan melakukan PHBS (Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat) dalam menjaga kesehatan tubuh, sikap yang buruk dalam menyikapi pentingnya melakukan PHBS dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk mencegah terjadinya suatu penyakit dan prilaku penerapan PHBS di kehidupan sehari-hari. Merokok sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah dikalangan masyarakat terutama dikalangan remaja. Remaja menjadi salah satu pengguna rokok yang terus meningkat, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor yang berkaitan dengan kepribadian dan lingkungan remaja. Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi kebiasaan merokok adalah keluarga, teman sebaya, lingkungan sekitar, dan berteman dengan orang perokok. Banyak remaja yang mengaagap bahwa rokok itu menjadi lambang kedewasaannya tanpa memikirkan penyebabnya. Adapun tujuan dari permasalahan ini ialah membantu anak remaja untuk berhenti dari rokok. There are several goals to be achieved in this activity, namely: providing knowledge about HR in the Digital era, providing knowledge about HR development strategies, and providing knowledge about the benefits of technology in the da'wah process. This activity was attended by 20 representatives from the sub-district. The results of this activity are the implementation of HR development training and the implementation of collaboration between STMIK Royal Kisaran and the BKPRMI organization of Asahan Regency as well as mapping the problems and potential of human resources in the management of BKPRMI, especially in the field of Technology to carry out further training activities. Keywords: BKPRMI; HR; Superior; Digital Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan tim dosen STMIK Royal dalam bentuk Pelatihan pengembangan SDM dengan tema “Menjadi SDM Unggul Di Era Digital” bagi Dewan Pengurus Daerah dan Dewan Pengurus Kecamatan BKPRMI Kabupaten yang pelaksanaanya dipusatkan di aula kantor camat Kecamatan Kisaran Timur pada tanggal 15-16 Januari 2022 Ada beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada kegiatan ini yaitu: memberikan pengetahuan tentang SDM di era Digital, memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi pengembangan SDM, dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang manfaat teknologi dalam proses dakwah. Kegiatan ini dihadiri 20 perwakilan dari kecamatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya pelatihan pengembangan SDM dan dilaksanakannya kerjasama antara STMIK Royal Kisaran dengan organisasi BKPRMI Kabupaten Asahan serta terpetakannya permasalahan serta potensi SDM pada kepengurusan BKPRMI terutama bidang Teknologi guna melakukan kegiatan pelatihan selanjutnya.
