Currently RAB is mostly done by using Microsoft Excel to simplify the calculation process. In the implementation of construction projects, calculating the weight is very important to estimate the expenditure of funds based on the existing budget plan (RAB). The method used in this community service is the Preparation Stage, socialization of activities, practice of making project cost budgets, and the evaluation stage. The purpose of this report is to show an application model that can be used to facilitate the calculation of a budget plan made based on the Indonesian National Standard Cost Analysis (SNI). This application is made with Visual Basic 6.0 Programming Language and MySQL database. Keywords: cost budget plan; cost analysis; SNI. Abstrak : Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) merupakan salah satu proses utama dalam proyek konstruksi karena merupakan dasar untuk membuat penawaran sistem pembiayaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan konstruksi. Saat ini RAB banyak dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mempermudah proses perhitungan. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi perhitungan bobot sangat penting untuk memperkirakan pengeluaran dana berdasarkan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) yang ada. Adapun Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Tahap Persiapan , sosialisasi kegiatan, praktek membuat anggaran biaya proyek, dan tahap evaluasi. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk menunjukan suatu model aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya yang dibuat berdasarkan analisa biaya standar nasional indonesia (SNI). Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan Bahasa Pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan database MySQL. Managing Finance is how we allocate the income we have appropriately to achieve certain financial goals in the future. The importance of financial literacy, especially in the capital market, is as knowledge with the hope that capital market investment transactions can be carried out, avoiding fraudulent investments and improving the economy of a country. The method of implementing this service is carried out face to face. The stages of the activity are carried out through two activities namely socialization and training, as well as mentoring. The results of the activity show that education provides an increased understanding of financial literacy and new skills in the application of making the right investment decisions. Making the right investment decisions can directly improve the welfare of society and the economy of a country. Keywords: managing finances; financial education and literacy; capital market investment Abstrak: Permasalahan masyarakat di desa tentang belum pahamnya mengelola keuangan dengan benar terkadang membuat salah menentukan jenis intrumen investasi. Mengelola Keuangan merupakan bagaimana kita mengalokasikan pendapatan yang kita miliki dengan tepat untuk mencapai tujuan keuangan tertentu di masa depan. Pentingnya literasi keuangan khususnya pada pasar modal adalah sebagai pengetahuan dengan harapan dapat terlaksanaanya transaksi investasi pasar modal, terhindar dari investasi bodong dan meningkatkkan perekonomian suatu negara. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara tatap muka. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan melalui dua kegiatan yakni sosialisasi dan pelatihan, serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya edukasi memberikan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai literasi keuangan dan keterampilan baru dalam penerapan pengambilan keputusan investasi yang tepat. Pengambilan keputusan investasi yang tepat secara langsung dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan perekonomian suatu negara. However, most early childhood students did not receive explicit training in correspondence phonemography. Difficulties with accurate phoneme production and lack of understanding of sound symbol correspondences could make it difficult for students to: (1) identify pronunciation errors in general assessments and (2) provide a model of teaching English reading or provide remedial reading instructions. This community service examined the application of the distributed practice method in developing knowledge and phoneme-grapheme correspondence skills for early students. The sample of this study was 35 students aged 7-13 years in the village of semangat barusjahe tanah karo, North Sumatra. The test design consisting of pre-test and post-test was used to compare mass practice conditions (one 60 minute session) with conditionally distributed practice (four 15 minute sessions distributed over 4 weeks) to learn phonemes related to letters and letter combinations. The result of this community service was that students could improve their vocabulary and phonics skills orally and in writing by using English learning. Keyword : distributed practice; phonics and vocabulary; early childhood students Abstrak:Pencocokan fonem (bunyi ucapan) dengan grafem (huruf dan kombinasi huruf) adalah aspek penting dari decoding (menerjemahkan cetak ke ucapan) dan encoding (menerjemahkan ucapan untuk dicetak). Namun, siswa usia dini kebanyakan tidak menerima pelatihan eksplisit dalam fonemografi korespondensi. Kesulitan dengan produksi fonem yang akurat dan kurangnya pemahaman korespondensi simbol bunyi dapat menyulitkan siswa untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi kesalahan pengucapan pada penilaian umum dan (2) memberikan model pengajaran membaca bahasa Inggris. atau memberikan instruksi membaca remedial. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meneliti penerapan metode distributed practice dalam pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan korespondensi fonem-grafeme siswa usia dini. Sampel penelitian ini ialah 35 siswa pelajar usia 7-13 tahun di desa semangat barusjahe tanah karo, Sumatera Utara. Desain tes terdiri dari pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk membandingkan kondisi latihan massal (satu sesi berdurasi 60 menit) dengan latihan terdistribusi kondisi (empat sesi berdurasi 15 menit yang didistribusikan selama 4 minggu) untuk belajar fonem terkait dengan huruf dan kombinasi huruf. Hasil pengabdian ini ialah siswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kosakata dan fonik secara lisan dan tulisan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. With the pandemic period that we are facing now, teachers are no longer in class, but are learning online from home, and material must still be delivered to students or their students. The teacher must already know the method of teaching besides delivering material in front of the class. With the condition that the teacher must continue to deliver material even when he is not in class to meet face to face with his students, the teacher must use another learning method, namely by using digital learning. The development of digital technology has provided technology as a digital medium with benefits in an effort to motivate elementary school students to study during a pandemic. Utilizing digital media in learning is very important to help the online learning process during a pandemic. This media plays a very important role as a medium for information transfer and distance learning interactions. By using digital learning, a teacher not only conducts questions and answers, discussions, group work, role plays in class, but students are also invited to learn using other learning media, such as Youtube and E-learning. Guru dan staff pengajar di hadapkan pada masa yang sulit, karena berubahnya cara mengajar di kelas. Pada keadaan normal, guru mengajar di kelas dan memberikan materi kepada siswanya. Dengan masa pandemic yang kita hadapi sekarang, guru tidak lagi masuk kelas, melainkan belajar daring dari rumah, dan materi harus tetap disampaikan kepada peserta didik atau siswanya. Dalam berbagai kegiatan di desa Mekar Tanjung, kami mendapatkan informasi mengenai masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami desain grafis menggunakan Photoshoop. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diadakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan software pengolah grafis untuk kegiatan – kegiatan yang membutuhkan pengolahan grafis dan foto. Metode penerapan pada kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan langsung di lapangan dalam bentuk praktek langsung pengoperasian Aplikasi Photoshop. Adapun sarana prasarana yang kami gunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan kami adalah ruangan aula. Abstrak: UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) memanfaatkan media internet sebagai sarana pemasaran online untuk memperoleh pangsa pasar yang memuaskan dan tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwasannya perkembangan usaha saat ini jauh lebih mudah dan cepat. Hal tersebut tak lepas dari peran digital marketing, yang memiliki peran untuk memperkenalkan maupun memasarkan produk dari produsen kepada konsumen melalui penggunaan tekhnologi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan informasi mengenai penggunaan teknologi yang bermanfaat, khususnya bagi ibu ibu tim penggerak PKK Dessa Hessa Air genting yang memiliki usaha kecil menengah dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing melalui media social terutama facebook, sebagai sarana promosi yang dapat meningkatkan pemasaran produk UKM serta mampu mengelola transaksi seara online. Adapun metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut adalah pemberian materi dan pengumpulan data. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa digital marketing memudahkan pelaku UKM untuk memberikan informasi dan berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konsumen, memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan awareness dan meningkatkan penjualan bagi pelaku UKM. School Mobilization Program focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically which includes competence (literacy and numeracy) and character, starting from superior human resources (principals and teachers). With this program, teachers are required to continue to improve their abilities, both academic abilities and skills in supporting the teaching and learning process. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the teaching and learning process to be carried out online by utilizing existing technology. Teachers are used to teaching face-to-face in class. So that when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, it made it difficult for teachers to implement the use of online-based applications in carrying out the teaching and learning process. The solution we provide is to provide training to teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran in using the Google Classroom application to manage classes online with an implementation method, namely providing materials and collecting data. The target of this activity is that 90% of teachers are able to apply the Google Classrom application in the teaching and learning process. Keyword: google classroom; learning; teacher. Abstrak: SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menyelenggarakan Program Sekolah Penggerak, memiliki guru yang rata-rata lahir pada tahun 1960-an dan 1970-an, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran adalah generasi X. Program Mobilisasi Sekolah berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik yang meliputi kompetensi (literasi dan numerasi) dan karakter, dimulai dari sumber daya manusia yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Dengan program ini, guru dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuannya, baik kemampuan akademik maupun keterampilan dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Guru terbiasa mengajar tatap muka di kelas. Sehingga saat Pandemi Covid-19 melanda, membuat para guru kesulitan untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis online dalam menjalankan proses belajar mengajar. Solusi yang kami berikan adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru di SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran dalam menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom untuk mengelola kelas secara online dengan metode implementasi yaitu memberikan materi dan mengumpulkan data. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah 90% guru mampu menerapkan aplikasi Google Classrom dalam proses belajar mengajar. In designing an online exam website using a monolithic architecture. An online exam application is an application that allows students or examinees to take the exam online, without the need to come to a predetermined exam place. This online exam application is very helpful for students who live far from the test site, or for students who are sick and unable to physically attend the exam venue. This online exam application aims to make it easier for exam invigilators to manage students' grades. Based on the results of the application of the monolithic architecture, development is carried out easily because there is only one module that must be managed, it is easier to do testing because all application components are integrated in one module, it is easy to manage dependencies between components because they are all integrated in one module. However, for larger and complex applications, monolithic architectures are less appropriate and it is better to use separate architectures or physically separate architectures (such as microservicesarchitectures). Aplikasi ujian online merupakan aplikasi yang memungkinkan siswa atau peserta ujian untuk mengerjakan ujian secara online, tanpa perlu datang ke tempat ujian yang telah ditentukan. Aplikasi ujian online ini sangat membantu bagi siswa yang tinggal jauh dari tempat ujian, atau bagi siswa yang sedang sakit dan tidak dapat hadir di tempat ujian secara fisik. Aplikasi ujian online ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengawas ujian dalam mengelola nilai siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan arsitektur monolitik tersebut pengembangan dilakukan dengan mudah karena hanya ada satu modul yang harus dikelola. lebih mudah untuk melakukan testing karena semua komponen aplikasi terintegrasi dalam satu modul, mudah untuk mengelola dependensi antar komponen karena semuanya terintegrasi dalam satu modul. Namun, untuk aplikasi yang lebih besar dan kompleks, arsitektur monolitik kurang sesuai dan lebih baik menggunakan arsitektur terpisah atau arsitektur yang terpisah secara fisik (seperti arsitektur microservices). This dedication to the community for all teacher elementary school at Brainfor Islamic School Foundation which they got high motivation in using image media in the classroom especially in learning English for example the conversation showed that picture image media is a visual media that can only be seen or image related to subject matter that is useful for conveying messages from teachers to students. This method used the discussion and trained method for all teacher and then did the exercise material, especially about conversation through image media to them. After using image media, the teacher should be implemented it in the classroom as the target oflearning activity in the classroom for Brainfor Islamic School in Kisaran. Kegiatan ini untuk pembelajaran di sekolah yang menemukan perkembangan penggunaan media gambar khususnya bagi seorang guru. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk semua guru sekolah dasar di Yayasan Brain for sekolah islam Kisaran yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam menggunakan media gambar di kelas khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris misalnya percakapan menunjukkan bahwa media gambar gambar adalah media visual yang hanya bisa dilihat atau gambar yang berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran yang berguna untuk menyampaikan pesan dari guru kepada siswa. Metode ini menggunakan metode diskusi dan pelatihan bagi seluruh guru dan kemudian mengerjakan materi latihan khususnya tentang berbicara melalui media gambar kepada mereka. Setelah menggunakan media gambar sebaiknya guru menerapkannya di dalam kelas sebagai sasaran kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas di Sekolah Dasar Brain for sekolah islam Kisaran. Media gambar ini dapat membantu untuk mengungkapkan informasi yang terkandung dalam soal sehingga hubungan antar komponen dalam soal dapat terlihat lebih jelas.
