Monitoring the patterns of lawyers’ use of the website of the Supreme Judicial Council.\u00002. Determining the forms that lawyers use to interact on the website of the Supreme\u0000Judicial Council.\u0000This study is a descriptive in kind as the researcher relied on the ‘survey method’ in\u0000its study of the external audience (lawyers) using the questionnaire and scale toolThe questionnaire was distributed among a deliberately chosen sample, consisting of\u0000(160) lawyers who used the website of the Supreme Judicial Council. The study ended\u0000with a set of results, the most important of which are:\u0000A. It turns out: Lawyers’ use of the website of the Supreme Judicial Council is as follows:\u0000Lawyers’ use of the website which came in first place is of (on average twice\u0000a week), followed by second place is of (three times a week), and third is of (once a\u0000week).\u0000B. The results showed that: The utilitarian motives for lawyers’ use of the website\u0000were as follows: the one is ranked first (it keeps me in line with the development\u0000in my legal field), while the one ranked last (it gives me the opportunity to express\u0000my opinion on various legal cases). The ministry positively affects the public’s level of solidarity with the prisoners’ issue،\u0000and most respondents agree to a large extent that public relations have a role in decision-making in the ministry. The sample size was (50) students at Al-Kadhimiya Al-Sabahiya Preparatory School for Boys. {"title":"The Pocessing of Extremism’s Manifestations in the T.V Talk Shows","authors":"","doi":"10.33282/abaa.v14i55.865","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33282/abaa.v14i55.865","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to know how and what is the media processing presented by the television talk shows for the religious extremism topics in terms of topics, hosted personalities, and ways to address this global phenomenon.\u0000\u0000The study is based on descriptive research, and the researcher used the analytical-survey method, analyzing the episodes of (Awkar Al Dhalam) T.V Show which was presented on Al-Iraqiya News Channel, and (Islam Hur) T.V Show which was presented on Al-Hurra in 2019 with 25 episodes from each Show, The sample and research community was chosen with the intent to cover the research problem and its\u0000\u0000The study reached several conclusions, including:\u0000\u0000The various dialogs in the episodes of the two shows explained the concept of extremism, its types and manifestations, the dismantling of its intellectual system, and revel its deviation from the Mohammadi approach of Islam, and the reasons for this phenomenon.\u0000Both shows implemented several frames to process the issues of religious extremism. the conflict and responsibility frames were the most often used, followed by humanitarian concerns and ethical aspects.\u0000The extensive use of prominence and choice, as well as the use of omission and exclusion, these methods are often associated with the framing process. As well as to stand at the types of psychological and social effects and their repercussions on the Mosul community including figures, statistics and evidence that were covered in the theoretical study of these topics.\u0000\u0000This study is the first scientific diagnosis to reveal the size and types of psychological and social effects of the “ISIS” organization through what was monitored by the Mosul press. The study seeks to draw the attention of officials, decision-makers in Iraq and the world to these effects to develop the necessary solutions and to repair the destruction caused by \"ISIS\" in the hearts of the Mosul community and the city.\u0000\u0000This research is a descriptive research, which used the methodology of the survey in order to identify the magnitude of the social and psychological effects caused by “ISIS\" on the Mosul community during its occupation of the city for nearly three years.\u0000\u0000The search found the following results\u0000\u0000The two newspapers were able to identify a large part of the psychological and social effects of ISIS on the Mosul community through its press coverage, which appeared during the analysis of the content of the newspapers during the study period.\u0000ISIS’s control of Mosul has produced negative social effects in the Mosul press.\u0000The occupation of \"ISIS\" to Mosul produced psychological effects, most notably, psychological disorders among the population, especially the most vulnerable groups, children and women.\u0000The press coverage of the newspapers showed that they focused on social effects rather than psychological effects. Three news sites were selected: two of the most followed, professional and famous international news sites: New York Times and the Guardian, and one Arab news site: Al-Arabiya channel.\u0000\u0000A total of 18,085 tweets were analyzed for the three accounts during the period from (1/3/2020) to (8/4/2020). A content analysis form was used to analyze the content of the news coverage.
