Hubeis, Suryahadi Suryahadi","doi":"10.29244/mikm.18.1.1-10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29244/mikm.18.1.1-10","url":null,"abstract":"The role of the Amil Zakat Institution (Laznas) Berdaya Sejahtera Mandiri (BSM) for the Ummah is to manage the ZIS funds (zakat, infaq, shadaqah) as well as possible and as safely as possible in the form of programs that are beneficial to the people and have sustainable benefit values. The aims of the research are (1) to analyze the program process for channeling ZIS funds to business actors; (2) Analyzing the performance and development of program beneficiary mustahik; and (3) Predicting the development of the ZIS fund distribution program to business actors in the future. The research location was carried out at the BSM Village Program located in three villages, namely Rejosari Village, Lampung, Kedarpan Village, Purbalingga; Jati Village, Trenggalek. The research time spans seven months, from January to July 2022. Data processing uses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)-Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The validity test analysis of the four perspectives shows valid results. Reliability test analysis on the four BSC perspectives is reliable (reliable). The results of the analysis of financial ratios, seen from the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability show quite healthy results, namely the program for channeling ZIS funds to business actors is running well, can run their business, and has good performance. The results of the SWOT-BSC analysis provide alternative strategies that can be carried out in the future, namely (1) A financial perspective by strengthening literacy programs and building an integrated service system to increase public trust; (2) Perspective of members by strengthening GCG and HR capacity, as well as socializing work programs to prospective muzakki; (3) Internal business process perspective by increasing internal marketing to BSI customers and standardizing SOPs so that the program runs optimally; (4) The perspective of learning and growth by conducting intensive assistance, as well as creating programs that are in line with the BSI program. The rating system used in this study is a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all restaurant employees, totaling 34 people. The sampling technique in this study used the slovin formula. The results of the study concluded that compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. Several studies on financial literacy state that financial education will affect the level of financial literacy and a person's behavior in managing their finances. An adequate level of financial literacy is one of the keys to getting access to capital and better welfare. MSME actors must have the adequate financial literacy to participate in the financial sector and have access to financial services such as saving, buying insurance premiums, investing, obtaining credit, and others. Therefore, in an increasingly advanced era, basic financial knowledge and adequate skills are needed to manage economic and financial resources effectively as well as reliable risk management to achieve better welfare. Inadequate financial literacy can result in low access to financial institutions and hinder the achievement of welfare. The aim of the research is to identify the factors in financial literacy, to analyze the factors in financial literacy that influence the investment decisions of MSME actors, and to recommend alternative strategies to increase MSME literacy. This study uses primary and secondary data derived from filling out questionnaires by respondents and the opinions of experts through interviews. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the financial literacy factors, namely Age (X1) and Gender (X2), each partially have no effect on the decision-making of MSME gold investment in Indonesian Sharia Banks, while Education (X3), and Income (X4) each partially has a significant effect on the gold investment decision of MSME actors in Indonesian Sharia Banks. The research objectives are (1) to analyze the feasibility of micro-financing in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the 5C principle; (2) to identify environmental factors that affect the feasibility of MSME financing; and (3) to Develop a form of micro-financing strategy for MSMEs. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interviews using questionnaires to experts who mastered the problems. Business feasibility analysis with the 5C principal approach. Strategy analysis with Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT matrix) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to determine strategic priorities. The results of the financing feasibility analysis with the 5C principle show that the BSM Cipto Cirebon Branch has been implemented well, in accordance with the provisions that have been set. The results of the identification of internal strategy factors were obtained which became the main strength of the Cipto Cirebon Branch of BSM, namely a fairly easy requirement in applying for MSME loans. The main weakness is the lack of human capitals understanding of the product.  Government support for microfinance is the main opportunity, while the main threat is the Covid-19 pandemic. Determination of the position of the IE matrix strategy, showing the position of BSM Cipto Cirebon Branch is located in cell V (guard and maintain). The appropriate strategy to be applied is market penetration and product development. Production capacity is a reference in maintaining the continuity of the relationship between manufacturers and suppliers in a supply chain, where manufacturers can provide information on varying demand quantities. This condition causes uncertainty in the supplier's capacity, including unused facilities or excess load. Regarding this situation, it is important for the supplier to adjust its capacity to meet consumer needs, especially if the supplier is a small and medium enterprise (SME), which is generally controlled by the flow of demand from manufacturers. In this research, a control chart is utilized to determine the estimated production capacity limit. The variation in production capacity limits should be evaluated with a break-even point (BEP) approach to determine viable production capacity to meet the needs of manufacturers, which is influenced by volume and cost. The test results show that the control limit is able to anticipate variations in demand from manufacturers, with the upper and lower control limits that can be used as production references by SMEs to meet the needs of manufacturers. This is because MSMEs have the flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions compared to large-scale companies. Depok City is one of the most strategic areas in West Java Province. Its location and position as a buffer for the capital city and its strong influence on economic growth in the surrounding area are an opportunity as well as a challenge so that Depok is be able to align its economic opportunities with the potential and direction of governance that have been structured. Godongijo, as one of the ecotourism MSMEs in Sawangan, has experienced a decrease in income in the last few months. Some of the causes are influenced by the nature of the tourism industry with different market needs due to developing trends, economic fluctuations, competition between tourist resort entrepreneurs, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, Godongijo needs to develop a competitive advantage that can provide high profits and the stability that determines the sustainability of its business. Primary data collection was obtained through direct observation and interviews with Godongijo Management. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to MSME players in the Godongijo area. Secondary or library data collection is obtained from national and international journals as well as research documents related to the development of local entrepreneurship. The strategy formulation method is based on internal and external factor analysis IE matrix, Strength, Weakness, Oppourtunities & Threats matrix (SWOT), and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). In maintaining existence as a result of increasingly fierce business competition, PT X needs to continue to improve its performance. The objectives of the research were to built performance measurement at PT Sayuran Siap Saji using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). BSC is a management tool in measuring performance comprehensively. This research used descriptive techniques through case studies. Determination of resource persons is done by purposive sampling method, namely five experts from the management of PT Sayuran Siap Saji. The data was collected through in-depth interview techniques, structured interviews using questionnaires and literature study. There were four perspectives that became variables in this research, which were financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determined the perspective priority and strategic objectives of Balanced Scorecard. The result showed that in the customer perspective, four strategic objectives were identified and five strategic objectives for each of financial perspectives, internal business process perspectives and learning and growth perspectives were identified. In the customer perspective, enhancement of satisfaction and trust from customers shows the highest contribution, meanwhile in the financial perspective, fulfill the requirements to the supplier shows the highest contribution. In the growth and learning perspective, enhancement of the capabilities and the development of the human resources  shows the highest contribution, and in the internal business process perspective, product and production process in accordance with the standards shows the highest contribution to the companies performance. The production of Siam-catfish seeds need to be improved especially by the main supplier namely the North Branch of Marine and fisheries service of West Java province (CDKPWU) with a partnership pattern between core and plasma. The purposes of this study were to identify internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Siam-catfish seeds with a network system between CDKPWU and partners, to identify advantages and disadvantages in the network process that occurs between CDKPWU and the partners, and trying to develop the most effective business and marketing srategy of Siam-catfish seeds in order to reach maximum output and outcome. The methods used in this study were as follows: (1) Valuable, Rare, Imitate to Cost and Organized Analysis (VRIO), (2) Political-Legal, Economic, Social, Technology  Analysis (PEST), (3) Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), (4) External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), (5) Internal External (IE) Matrix, (6) Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) and (7) Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Analysis. The result of IFE and EFE matrix indicated that the company's position was stable in response to external situation. The total score of IFE matrix was 3.38, indicating that the strength of CDKPWU can overcome weaknesses very well. The total score of EFE matrix was 2.59, describing that CDKPWU was good enough in responding to opportunities and minimizing threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show nine alternative strategy formulations in which three alternative formulation priorities were (1) Expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income, (2) Maintaining good seed quality and production process technology, (3) Utilizing partnerships to establish good relationship and communication with relevant agencies. Good strategy will be able to realize the welfare of the village community. The purpose of this study is to make a tourism development strategy in the Namu Village. Methods of data collection using sampling techniques through interviews and questionnaires with a total samples of 70 respondents. Characteristics of tourism conditions and potential are analyzed by supply-demand. While demand analysis is used to recognize the pattern of visitor demand. Both of these analyzes are used as reference materials for development strategies by strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats SWOT analyzed. Furthermore, based on the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), the beauty of Namu and the waterfall become the main attraction for tourist destination. On the other side the disadvantage is the unpreparedness of the Namu village community make them not enough in economically. External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), partisanship of the government enable for Namu to be developing in marine tourism. However the threats was come from outside investor which can reduce the role of the community to improve their economy. Based on the analysis of IFAS and EFAS, the Namu Village's tourism development strategy is to improve the quality of tourism objects, increasing the role of the government, looking for investors especially in the transportation sector, improve community capacity. Broiler chickens are one of the main consumption commodities in the community. The high demand for broiler chickens needs to be accompanied by supervision of product quality. Product quality control is one of them is the management of poultry disease risk. The research objective is to determine the behavior of breeders and traders in mitigating the spread of poultry disease. This study was conducted by mapping the supply chain of live broiler chickens to find out the distribution channel, analyzing the behavior of breeders and traders to determine optimal disease mitigation, and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the causes of death. Research locations were conducted in four regions, namely Ciamis Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency, Subang Regency, and Sukabumi Regency. The results of the study show that the supply chain of broiler chickens is different for each region. The longer the distribution channel, the higher the risk of spreading the disease. breeders and traders generally know poultry diseases and the symptoms of chickens infected with the disease. Knowledge of breeders and traders about bird flu symptoms that are better proven to reduce the risk of death of broiler chickens during handling. More than 64% breeders chose to separate sick chickens form healthy chickens, 22% chose to treat sick chikens, 11%sold all si hicens, and 3% destroyed sick chikens. The majority of traders mitigate the disease only by cleaning vehicles and baskets without disinfectants.
