Over half of all vehicles in Thailand are motorcycles which are private and public motorcycle. This research is developing the energy consumption model of motorcycle and electric motorcycle by used Artificial Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Systems (ANFIS) method. The physical and technical information of motorcycles in this study are collected from questionnaire that survey in Bangkok and metropolitan area. ANOVA technique is used to determine the significant factors that affect energy consumption of motorcycles which are engine size (cc.), age (year), distance (km/day), average speed (km/hr.) and number of passenger. These significant factors are selected to be the input data of the model whereas the output data is energy consumption (MJ/km.). The result of this research shown that the comparted energy economy of the motorcycle and electric motorcycle. Furthermore, energy consumption in transportation sector is simulated by multi scenario of the number of motorcycle and electric motorcycle in the future. Finally, this developed model can forecast the energy consumption in order to preparation of future transportation energy planning.","PeriodicalId":200661,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th International Conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI-CON)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129683508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Three buck-boost derived converters are integrated and they utilize only one common active switch. The first buck-boost converter regulates the sinusoidal input current with unity power factor drawn from the grid. The second flyback converter controls essentially DC current supplied to the LEDs. The other buck-boost converter replaces a conventional RCD snubber to further improve energy efficiency. All converters are designed to operate in discontinuous current mode. Operation principle, circuit analysis, and controller design are discussed in detail. Design example if a 120W LED driver is presented. The proposed topology is verified by software PSIM 10. The simulation results show that it is capable of regulating the output LED current over a wide range. Unity power factor and low harmonic current distortion can be achieved.","PeriodicalId":200661,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th International Conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI-CON)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116270990","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because after adapting the programs for several times, numbers of test case will increase that can drop the whole performance of the new version. The problems are time consuming and producing bugs and other failures when using the updated software. The proposed model consists two main algorithms, which are deletion and selection regarding classifying types of the requirements. According to this, the percent of reducing the size by using the proposed model is better than the traditional methods. Besides, percent of finding bugs of the six comparative studies are higher than the offered technique approximately 55%. In this paper, we propose the improvement of the repeater system for visible light communication. Not just to extend the coverage, but also to transfer file and to increase the communication speed. Our proposed repeater system is composed of hardware and software components. The transmitter opens, splits, and sends a file with RS-232 serial communication interface. The byte data type is converted into light signal data type by using the on-off keying modulation (OOK) technique and is transmitted via LED. The repeater receives light signal data by photodiode then transmits it out again. With this method, light signal is amplified at each repeater. The receiver converts light signal data back into byte data and combines each set of bytes together, then the file can be saved by the user. This multi-hop communication gives more flexibility in communication because it helps to increase the distance between transmitter terminal and receiver terminal. Moreover, it also helps to avoid obstacle objects, such as walls, because VLC is a Line-of-Sight (LOS) technology. This system is improved from our previous system in terms of the number of sending character and the communication speed.","PeriodicalId":200661,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th International Conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI-CON)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134250246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
