A demographic questionnaire, the big five personality scale, the organizational justice scale, the management by values scale, and the turnover intention scale were used to collect data.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>Data analysis did not demonstrate any relationship between nurses' personality traits and their perceptions of management by values, organizational justice, and turnover intention. The study was conducted with 202 nursing students. The participation rate was 95%.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>The total Instrument of Professional Attitude for Student Nurses mean score was 106.708 ± 20.24 and the Caring Behaviors Inventory-24 mean score of the nursing students was 5.23 ± 0.88. Participants completed the 10 items on the brief Spanish Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>The two-dimensional structure was confirmed. The goodness of fit indicators was acceptable.</p><p><strong>Practical implication: </strong>The brief Spanish Zung scale for depression has a clear two-dimensional structure for evaluating depressive symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Data were collected through focus group interviews with a qualitative approach followed by thematic data analysis.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>Four themes were obtained holistic care, barriers to holistic care, the contributions of holistic nursing internship, and students' expectations.</p><p><strong>Practice implications: </strong>The participants stated that they believe that physical care is sufficient enough in the care they provide to patients and their families in clinical practice and that they only provide physical care. This study aimed to investigate the paternal depression and attachment levels of first-time fathers.</p><p><strong>Design and methods: </strong>The sample of this descriptive study consisted of 175 fathers with 3-6 months old babies whose wives applied to the polyclinic for check-up.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>When the cut-off point of the scale was evaluated at 13 and above in this study, the risk of depression was found to be 14.2%. The level of attachment decreases as fathers' risk of depression increases (p < 0.05).</p><p><strong>Practice implications: </strong>There is a risk of depression in fathers in the postpartum period. The Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS) was used to determine nurses' spirituality perceptions. For 3 weeks, the patients in the experimental group received eight sessions of psychoeducation and music intervention.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>The total mean Self-Efficacy Scale score of the participants in the experimental group significantly increased as compared with that of the control group.
