Descriptive Information Form, UCLA Loneliness Scale, Trait Anger and Anger Expression Scale and Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire were used to collect data.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>The mean score of the UCLA Loneliness Scale was found as 53.61 ± 7.68 and it was observed that the participants had high traits of anger and a high-level of loneliness. Loneliness and anger increase when menopausal symptoms increase in women.</p><p><strong>Practice implications: </strong>Menopause is generally perceived by women as a troublesome period instead of being a normal life process.
