Use of the Internet results in such groups transcending national and geographical boundaries communities. Hence sustained celebrity worship within outside microcommunities might not be as prevalent in the next generation of middle-aged consumers. Population and sample in this study are members of BMCI in Jakarta, which amounted to 250 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the probability sampling. This research is a correlational-quantitative with Pearson product moment correlation test. Results showed there are relationships between self-esteem with celebrity worship in BMCI members in Jakarta, where the significance value of 0.000 (p> 0.05). This means that self-esteem affects celebrity worship BMCI members of Bollywood. The relationship is in a negative direction. When members of BMCI has high self-esteem, they will be able to control their emotions, able to evaluate so they would be able to love their idol naturally or it can be said that these individuals are experiencing low celebrity worship. While MSMEs dominate most firms in Indonesia, they will indirectly affect ecological issues. This study looks at the extent to which MSMEs involve in environmental practices. Specifically, the study attempts to assess the firm’s size and firm’s business sector and its influence on ecological aspects. Primary data collected by self-administered questionnaires with a sample of 250 respondents from selected MSMEs owners in East Java is carried out. The finding of the study revealed that firms size positively affect the entrepreneur's involvement in environmental practices. It indicates that greater firm size in the level of MSMEs is more likely to involve in environmental practices. Moreover, the firm’s business sector is also found to have positive influence entrepreneur’s engagement in environmental practice. Boarding university as an educational institution should be able to adjust to challenges of the disruptive era in order not to lose competitiveness. This study aims at finding the innovation model of educational technology to strengthen the existence of boarding university in the disruptive era. The study used a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with several stakeholders at the University of Darussalam Gontor as a boarding university. The result of this study found the innovation model of educational technology at the University of Darussalam Gontor that was influenced by four elements of innovation diffusion. The four elements are composed of innovation, communication with certain channels, time, and members of the social system. One of the innovations in educational technology was e-learning technology. It is an intellectual power and potentially developed in education. Knowledge should be empirically investigated and more essentially evolved. This study aims to find a consistent model and focused on the learning of “German literacy comprehension, multidimensional representation”. This model develops various comprehension and literacy theory, such as psycholinguistics construction specifically to overcome the problems of learning the German language and being an alternative of less innovative learning. It employs a qualitative method to explore the substantive area to gain new understanding through the situation of German literacy comprehension. It emphasizes that reality can be captured from a text through the process. The qualitative analysis highlights the variety of essential statements, sentences, or quotes that provide an understanding of how the respondents experience the phenomenon of German culture that affects literacy comprehension.
