The safety and availability of blood supply rely on the government's support and commitment to the improvement of the national blood transfusion services. Safe blood stock can change from time to time, while the demand for blood constantly increases. Such method is considered less effective due to the fact that very often the data of blood donor do not meet the requirements. So a software for blood supply estimation is required. This paper is study of blood demand estimation for blood type of Packed Red Cells (PRC) at blood bank of PMI Surabaya by using the method of Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). The simulation results show that Extended Kalman Filter method have high accuracy with an error of less than 3-4%.","PeriodicalId":199842,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Business, Law And Pedagogy, ICBLP 2019, 13-15 February 2019, Sidoarjo, Indonesia","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128823652","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the implementative level, this provision raises serious legal problems for Advocates in doing their profession. Article 19 paragraph (1) of Act Number 18 of 2003 on Advocates (AoA) expressly determines that an advocate must keep everything known or obtained from his client because of his professional relationship, unless otherwise stipulated by law. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal position of the provisions that oblige the Indonesian advocates to report suspicious financial transactions as referred to in Article 3 letter a of such GR-RPEML. The type of research used is normative legal research with a legal approach and a case approach. The results showed that the provisions requiring advocate profession to report suspicious transactions as referred to in Article 3 letter a of such GR-RPEML do not have a strong legal basis, so it is open to the advocate profession not to carry out these obligations as a reflection of obedience to the AoA itself.","PeriodicalId":199842,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Business, Law And Pedagogy, ICBLP 2019, 13-15 February 2019, Sidoarjo, Indonesia","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126394058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems that arise are no longer about the search for learning information sources, but in the behavioral aspects. The existence of a higher tendency to experience boredom brings great demands for teachers to apply the right learning methods. One form of effort that can be done to overcome this problem is by performing gamification. In this study, the authors identified instructional design in the course syllabus and lecture contracts to change the students' perceptions of the courses that will be undertaken. The result of this gamification method is positively correlated with the motivation of students to take lectures comprehensively.","PeriodicalId":199842,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Business, Law And Pedagogy, ICBLP 2019, 13-15 February 2019, Sidoarjo, Indonesia","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116484209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
