摘要

本研究的目的是分析先知领导对伊斯兰寄宿学校教育工作者员工敬业度的影响。本研究是通过对印尼Tasikmalaya的苏菲派寄宿学校的调查，采用问卷调查的方式收集定量研究数据。研究样本包括161名寄宿学校的教育工作者。使用SEM和AMOS 24程序对数据进行分析，以测试效果。研究结果显示，预见性领导对员工敬业度有显著影响。本研究的独创性在于对苏菲派伊斯兰寄宿学校教育工作者的单位分析，以及反映先知领导对员工敬业度影响的模型。
