This study analyze the organizational culture as a moderating variable of compensation, motivation, and competence on employee performance of CV Dreamlandpark Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted on CV. Dremlandpark Banyumas by taking 102 employees. Test data using reliability test, validity test, statistical test and classical assumption test. The results showed that compensation, motivation, and competence had a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture can moderate the effect of compensation on performance and motivation on performance. Kebutuhan akan perguruan tinggi meningkat dengan semakin tingginya penduduk Indonesia. Saat ini, banyaknya perguruan tinggi menjadikan persaingan diantara perguruan tinggi makin ketat dan mau tidak mau perguruan tinggi wajib memfokuskan kinerjanya untuk unggul dalam persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kajian kinerja di Universitas Mercu Buana khususnya pengaruh lingkungan, budaya, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 71 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan dan budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlu adanya pemberian apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada karyawan agar lebih giat dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.Higher education is the center of the pillars of the development of science, as well as the driving force of social change towards a democratic. The need for higher education increases with the increasing population of Indonesia. Currently, the number of universities in Indonesia makes competition between universities increasingly fierce and inevitably universities must focus their performance to win the competition. The purpose of this study was to obtain a performance study at Mercu Buana University, especially the influence of work environment, culture, and motivation on employee performance. The number of samples were 71 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work environment and culture had no effect on employee performance, while work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji model penelitian yang menjelaskan impresi e-payment dan niat berperilaku baru terhadap pemanfaatan inklusi keuangan digital UMK. Sampel penelitian adalah usaha mikro dan kecil di Cikarang, sebanyak 81 responden pemilik UMK. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisa menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi WrapPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa impresi e-payment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berperilaku dan inklusi keuangan. Niat berperilaku baru penggunaan e-payment berpengaruh signifikan positif pada inklusi keuangan UMK. Niat berperilaku baru memediasi parsial hubungan impresi e-payment terhadap inklusi keuangan digital UMK. Niat perperilaku baru penggunaan Fintech berkontribusi lebih besar dibandingkan impresi penggunaan e-payment pada transaksi keuangan digital UMK.How are the impressions of using e-payments and new behavior intentions using e-payments in the new normal for micro and small businesses? This study aims to examine a research model that explains the impression of e-payments and new behavioral intentions toward utilization of digital financial inclusion MSEs. The research sample is micro and small businesses in Cikarang, with 81 respondents who own MSEs. The research data was processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS with the WrapPLS 7.0 application. The results showed that the impression of e-payment had a significant positive effect on behavioral intentions and financial inclusion. The new behavioral intention to use e-payments has a significant positive effect on MSEs' financial inclusion. New behavioral intentions partially mediate the impression of e-payment on digital financial inclusion of MSEs. Temuan penelitian adalah adanya peran masa kerja dalam memoderasi pengawasan terhadap kinerja tetapi tidak memoderasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja.Research intends to analyze working period as a moderation of supervision and a culture of performance. The data was obtained from questionnaires given to 50 employees of PT. Anugerah Analisis Sempurna through google form. Data analysis with structural models is processed using WarpPLS.
