Penelitian dilakukan di Depok, Jawa Barat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 90 responden masyarakat di Depok. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) diolah menggunakan software Smart PLS. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa kesadaran merek positif mempengaruhi kepercayaan merek; kepercayaan merek positif mempengaruhi minat orang tua mendaftarkan anak pada bimbingan belajar; promosi positif mempengaruhi minat mendaftarkan anak; kepercayaan merek memediasi kesadaran merek terhadap minat orang tua mendaftarkan anak di bimbingan belajar.The study analyzed brand trust in mediating brand awareness with promotion as a support for parents' interest in enrolling children in biMBA AIUEO. The study was conducted in Depok, West Java. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given to 90 community respondents in Depok. Sample selection is carried out by the accidental sampling method. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) processed using Smart PLS software. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan yang tergabung pada industri makanan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive terhadap 51 perusahaan mendapatkan delampan perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang berasal dari sumber sekunder dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier ganda dengan melalui pengujian persyartan analissi sebelum diuji model dan hipotesisnya. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa Aset dan modal kerja positif dalam mempengaruhi laba.This study examines assets and working capital in influencing profits. The research was conducted on companies that are members of the food and beverage industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling of 51 companies received company delampan as a research sample. Data derived from secondary sources were analyzed using double linear regression by going through analysis testing before testing the model and its hypothesis. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan ROA, DER dan ukuran perusahaan positif Abstract The share price is the amount of the cost to buy one share in a company. The price of a stock is not fixed, but fluctuates according to market conditions. This study was conducted on pharmaceutical companies aimed at testing the Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and company size in influencing stock prices. The data is obtained from the financial statements of 7 pharmaceutical companies collected by purposive sampling. This study used secondary data analyzed by multiple linear regression. Terobosan baru pariwisata halal terkait dengan platform digital dan tekologi baru yaitu virtual reality (VR) dan augmented reality (AR). Pengembangan dapat dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan platform digital, menjadikan milenial dan muslim wanita sebagai pasar sasaran, pengembangan kuliner halal dan penyediaan virtual reality dan augment reality tentang destinasi pariwisata halal.This conceptual review is to explore innovative business opportunities in the halal tourism industry. The findings show that halal tourism provides new prospects. The approach used in this study is to conduct a critical assessment in the halal tourism literature to explore innovative marketing opportunities for entrepreneurs. This study makes a new theoretical and practical contribution in halal tourism and halal entrepreneurship. The new breakthrough of halal tourism is related to new digital and technological platforms, namely virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). Kemudian penarikan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari anggota populasi dilakukan secara insidental. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari persepsi pelanggan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pemasaran digital, produk dan distribusi positif mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.This research seeks to obtain an overview of the quality of digital marketing, products and distribution in realizing customer satisfaction. The population chosen is limited to customers of honey products Kp. Cioray Klapanunggal Leuwikaret Village, Bogor Regency, Assisted by STIE IPWIJA. The sampling of 100 respondents from members of the population was carried out incidentally. Quantitative data are obtained from customer perception through the filling out of questionnaires analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of digital marketing, products and distribution positively affected customer satisfaction. Bersama Lemindo Abadi dengan tujuan yaitu mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sampel penelitian yaitu 74 karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jalan mengisi kuesioner penelitian. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, persyaratan analisis, model dan hipotesis melalui regresi linier ganda pada taraf uji 5%. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otokratis positif dalam mempengaruhi turnover intention. Stres Kerja positif dalam mempengruhi turnover intention.This research was conducted at PT. Together with Lemindo Abadi with the aim of knowing the influence of autocratic leadership style and work stress on turnover intention. The research data was obtained from the study sample, namely 74 employees using saturated samples by filling out the research questionnaire. The analysis was carried out quantitatively, namely descriptive analysis, instrument tests, analysis requirements, models and hypotheses through double linear regression at a test level of 5%. Research shows that autocratic leadership styles are positive in influencing turnover intentions. Pengaruh Kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah Asuransi Bumida, dan pengaruh Kepercayaan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah Asuransi Bumida. Penelitian ini mengambil 200 nasabah PT Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan diolah menggunakan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan nasabah, kualitas pelayanan dengan kepercayaan nasabah, kepuasan nasabah dengan loyalitas nasabah, kepercayaan nasabah dengan loyalitas nasabah dan tidak signifikan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas nasabah.The purpose of this study was to determine The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Asuransi Bumida, The influence of service quality on the trust of Bumida Insurance customers, The influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Bumida Insurance, The effect of customer trust on Bumida Insurance customer loyalty, The influence of service quality on the loyalty of Bumida Insurance customers. This study took 200 customers of PT Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 while collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and is processed using AMOS software.
