This study analyze the organizational culture as a moderating variable of compensation, motivation, and competence on employee performance of CV Dreamlandpark Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted on CV. Dremlandpark Banyumas by taking 102 employees. Test data using reliability test, validity test, statistical test and classical assumption test. The results showed that compensation, motivation, and competence had a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture can moderate the effect of compensation on performance and motivation on performance.
