Family support is needed in dealing with adolescent anxiety so that young women are ready to face menarches such as knowledge, age, self-perception, and attitudes. The research design is quantitative and descriptive using a correlational approach. This research was conducted in July - August 2022. The number of samples in this research was 50 people. Based on a family support survey conducted by SMP Negeri 29 Semarang for grade 7 students, 27 (54.0%) and 28 (56.0%) respondents had anxiety about family support. Based on the Spearman Rank test results, it has a p = 0.013, p a (0.013 0.05). The calculated coefficient value is 0.350 (35.0%), indicating a negative relationship. The degree of increase in the number of respondents increased directly proportional to the ratio of family support. Most respondents have moderate family support, namely 27 respondents (54.0%). The school hopes that the research findings will be able to become reproductive health learning materials or materials, given the importance of education related to reproductive health.","PeriodicalId":199429,"journal":{"name":"Media Keperawatan Indonesia","volume":"48 5","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131809666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose identified the effect of pineapple juice consumption on the acceleration of uterine involution in postpartum. This research uses a quasi-experiment with posttest only with a control group design. The sample of 34 was taken in consecutive sampling. How to measure observations and questionnaires, as well as analysis using chi-square tests. Results: The entire intervention group of rapid uterine involution processes, while in the slow control group. The results of the Chi-Squre test obtained p value = 0.000 means there is an influence of pineapple juice consumption on the acceleration of uterine involution in postpartum mothers. Pineapple juice's ability to lower TFU is related to the content of the enzyme Bromelain which increases hydrolytic activity in connective tissue, especially against collagen. The activity of bromelain collagenase by hydrolyzing collagen causes the uterine wall to become soft and connective tissue to tighten, accelerating uterus involution. Consumption of pineapple juice has an effect on accelerating uterine involution.","PeriodicalId":199429,"journal":{"name":"Media Keperawatan Indonesia","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115995711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With very low coverage, families with family members suffering from hypertension and not being treated regularly are certainly a problem for other family members and the patient himself. The flow of searching for articles uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Literature Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method which begins with collecting articles according to keywords from the various databases used. After that, a check is made for duplicate titles, and the same title is eliminated from the article search process. The search is continued by eliminating articles that have irrelevant titles to the topics to be reviewed. The results of the selection of selected articles were 7 articles. This condition becomes a reference for local governments at both the district and provincial levels to provide appropriate interventions as a solution to these health problems. The goal of achieving this health status is to become a benchmark for the central government to see the success of the health programs that have been implemented so far. public health services as the spearhead of PISPK implementation are required to be able to run the PISPK program thoroughly and cover all areas in the working area of the public health services. Community health center activities through home visits did not end with data collection but continued when carrying out interventions for residents who have health problems. PISPK's further intervention is very important to do in improving the Healthy Family Index. Research results should be disseminated at the Community Health Center to improve public health nursing services.","PeriodicalId":199429,"journal":{"name":"Media Keperawatan Indonesia","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128192636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The replacement therapy in CKD that is widely chosen is hemodialysis. CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis should limit fluid intake during dialysis so that excess fluid does not occur, but the result of fluid restriction will trigger the onset of thirst so patients are less likely to adhere to the fluid intake diet. Slimber ice is an intervention of choice in the management of thirst. This study aims to analyze the effect slimber-ice against thirst intensity in hemodialysis patients with CKD at Stella Maris Hospital Makassar. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental with One Group Pre-Post Test Design. Sampling using the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Consecutive Sampling technique with a total sample of 40 respondents. This study provided intervention in hemodialysis patients with CKD in the form of slimber-ice. The implementation of the intervention begins with a Pre-Test (measurement of thirst intensity) using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) instrument, then giving slimber-ice for 5 weeks (2x a week) then a Post-Test is carried out. The results of the study described the majority of respondents aged 56-65 years, namely 15 respondents (37,5%), male gender 29 respondents (72,5%), high school last education 28 respondents (70%), & employment status was not working 22 respondents (55%), then the intensity of thirst before the intervention of the majority of moderate thirst was 29 respondents (72,5%) & after the majority of mild thirst 33 respondents (82,5%). Wilcoxon test analysis was obtained p = 0.000 ˂ α = 0.05 so that there was a significant effect slimber-ice agains thirst intensity in hemodialysis patients with CKD. Researchers recommend slimber-ice as one of the self-interventions in restraining thirst to prevent an imbalance of body fluids due to overhydration.","PeriodicalId":199429,"journal":{"name":"Media Keperawatan Indonesia","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114667218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
