Meanwhile, the demands of the curriculum require the teacher to be only one source of learning, because the teacher acts as a facilitator. This service will help overcome the problem of low professional and pedagogic competence of junior high school teachers, especially in designing and using worksheets as learning resources in learning. The method used is training with discussion techniques, question and answer, simulations, and assignments. The training subjects were 25 junior high school teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The instruments used were observation, tests and structured interviews. The success of the service was analyzed descriptively by percentage. After the training, there was a good increase in 1) the training process went well and enthusiastically, (2) there was an increase in the knowledge and skills aspects of breastfeeding LKPD. The results of the pre-test conducted before the training for all indicators of knowledge and skills were in the pretty good category. The results of the post test, there is only 1 indicator in the good category, namely the LKPD concept, and other indicators are in the very good category. Model pembelajarn yang diharapkan dilaksanakan yaitu model discovery learning sebagai model pembelajaran yang tepat bagi peserta didik. Kemudian kurikulum pembelajaran dapat memulai dengan menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka belajar yang sudah dicanangkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan. However, reality shows that teachers at Mancasan Kindergarten still need activities to improve their skills in implementing STEAM and Loose Parts media. Activities are carried out in the form of provision and assistance. The provision takes the form of delivering material that introduces STEAM-based APE and Loose Parts with five stages, namely 1) preparation 2) pre-implementation 3) implementation of PkM 4) media design and 5) discussion. Next, participants practiced making APE and then presented it. The work results were in the form of STEAM-Based APE and Loose Parts and were given appreciation. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan serta kesiapan kepala sekolah yang harus dirancang untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada era society 5.0 melalui kepemimpinan transformasional. Sehingga target khusus yang dicapai adalah peserta dapat memahami dan melaksanakan model kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada era society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan target di atas antara lain ceramah, brainstorming dan diskusi, bermain peran, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata persentase post-test peserta pelatihan adalah 76,21 artinya meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan hasil pre-test peserta yaitu 72,06. Sedangkan rata-rata persentase peningkatan kemampuan peserta pelatihan dari pre-test ke post-test naik sebesar 22%. This service activity is carried out through several stages consisting of stages 1) determining the needs of partners which include observation, grouping, and Determining the Implementation of Activities, Stage 2) education and Assistance and Stage 3) Evaluation. Through this service activity, students find it very helpful in understanding the material as well as getting visualization of the concept of measurement in digital form. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman aturan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Kesulitan dalam mengungkapkan pemikiran dalam tulisan juga menjadi tantangan. Tulisan ini adalah hasil dari pengabdian dalam upaya meningkatkan literasi dan kepenulisan karya ilmiah di Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin Gresik melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa literasi dan kepenulisan karya ilmiah masih minim di kalangan guru dan mahasiswa. Kurangnya pemahaman aturan penulisan dan kesulitan mengungkapkan pemikiran menjadi tantangan utama. Melalui pendekatan PAR, pengabdian memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan mahasiswa, dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan pengabdian, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman aturan dan teknik penulisan karya ilmiah. Pendekatan PAR menjadi solusi dalam membangun kesadaran dan meningkatkan keterampilan penulisan karya ilmiah di Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin Gresik. There is a lot of cultural art here that continues to be preserved. One of the most basic things in culture is language. Java has its own unique script or letters, namely the Javanese script. Currently, many children are reluctant to learn about Javanese script. This is due to a lack of interest in learning Javanese script, this is of course a problem. Baitus Solihin Madrasah is the only madrasah in Kajor Wetan village. This madrasah is a gathering place for children in Kajor Wetan village. The assistance activity for reading and writing Javanese script aims to provide madrasah students with an understanding of local culture to strengthen religious teaching values and add cultural values in Kajor Wetan. This mentoring activity is divided into 3 parts over 2 days. The first day contains an explanation of the basics of Javanese script and practice reading Javanese script. The second day was filled with learning games and competitions in reading Javanese characters. In general, this mentoring activity has provided additional knowledge to madrasah students regarding Javanese script and has been able to add value to Kajor Wetan village as an arts village. Gerdasi was a series of literacy-strengthening programs implemented at Kindergarten/RA Al Hidayah in the form of reading aloud at school and socializing the selection of children's books for parents. Gerdasi was held in April-June 2023 and attended by all children and parents/guardians of Kindergarten/RA Al Hidayah. The stages of implementing the community service activities included: 1) laying the foundation; 2) research design; 3) data gathering and analysis; and 4) acting on findings. Based on observations during reading-aloud activities, the data showed that more than 90% of children liked reading-aloud activities and enjoyed every discussion process. However, children's interest in books is not facilitated well at home. These findings became the basis for carrying out follow-up efforts in the form of socializing the selection of children's books with parents/guardians as the target. This socialization explained important points about literacy facts, choosing good children's books, as well as alternatives for choosing e-books.  national priority agenda that is always trying to be improved. The government seeks to provide solutions by inviting students from universities throughout Indonesia to collaborate to improve literacy and numeracy as well as technology adaptation at the elementary school level through the Independent Learning Campus policy, namely the Teaching Campus. The activities carried out are in the form of teaching, assisting school administration, and assisting technology adaptation. The purpose of this study is to present a literature review on the effectiveness of the Teaching Campus program in the form of increasing literacy and numeracy at the elementary school level. The results of the study show the effectiveness of increasing literacy and numeracy through the Teaching Campus program at the elementary school level. This is evident from the realization of tasks given by the government to Teaching Campus students which include: (1) Pre-Assignment, (2) Assignment, (3) Final Assignment. The method used in this service program is the Service Learning (SL) service method, which is a way of learning that priorotizws relationships between positive and Meaningful behavior in society with the aim of benefiting oneself and getting used to being kind to others. The result of this dedication show that students at SDN Bereng Kajng-1 who took part in additional learning at the Nurl Huda Mousque experienced good development, which of the students who did not know hijayah letters could now write hijayah letters and be able to say the names of various types hijayah letters.
