Given their rarity, the literature regarding the dermoscopic features of LMS is limited. In this study we report the dermoscopy of 2 cases of LMS and systematically review the literature in search of dermatoscopic descriptions of this tumor. After reviewing the literature and pooling together the cases we reported in this article, we found that the most common dermoscopic signs of LMS are milky red areas or erythematous background, the presence of pigment (either delicate or atypical), atypical vessels (polymorphous, linear irregular, dotted or arboriform vessels), white structures (shiny white lines or white scar-like patches), ulceration, and yellowish-white keratotic structures.1-9 The major limitation of our review is that the terminology used by different authors for describing dermoscopic features isn't standardized, which limits the validity of comparing descriptions found in different articles. Also, as not all articles included in our review disclosed the dermoscopy images of the tumors which were evaluated, we weren't able to reevaluate the dermoscopic description of those tumors using a standardized terminology in order to assess the relative frequency of each dermoscopic finding.","PeriodicalId":19910,"journal":{"name":"Paripex Indian Journal Of Research","volume":"37 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139319252","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Severity and incidence of CINV depend on the type of anti-cancer drug emetogenically. Emetogenicity of a drug can be divided into three categories—high, moderate, and low or mild. Aprepitant is a neurokinin 1 (NK-1) which has different action mechanism to control or prevent CINV. (13). Aprepitant can block selectively and binding of substance P at NK2 receptor in central nervous system area causes control of acute and delayed CINV. Understanding the relationships between these variables can improve diagnostic and management procedures, enabling personalized treatment programs that consider each patient's vision and condition. Materials And Methods:A multifaceted approach was used to assess 50 patients diagnosed with POAG at Sree Mookambika Institute of Medical Sciences, Kulasekharam. Data included demographic information, medical history, and ophthalmic history. Visual field testing was performed using the 24-2 protocol, and optic disc morphology was assessed using digital fundus photographs and optical coherence tomography. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. Results:The study analyzed 50 patients with moderate field defects, early field defects, severe field defects, advanced field defects, end stage disease, and normal eyes. Results showed a significant percentage of eyes with early field changes, moderate field defects, severe field changes, advanced field defects, end stage disease, and normal eyes. Conclusion: The study investigated the relationship between optic disc morphology in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and visual field abnormalities, visual acuity, and other factors. It found that specific aspects of the optic disc's morphology are correlated with these symptoms.","PeriodicalId":19910,"journal":{"name":"Paripex Indian Journal Of Research","volume":"258 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139319251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This destruction leads to an unpredictable level of glucose in the blood. Treatment for type 3c diabetes differs from type 1 and type2 diabetes but Type 3c diabetes is often misdiagnosed as type 2 diabetes. It is difficult to diagnose and classify patient with type 3c diabetes mellitus because long standing type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus are associated with exocrine pancreatic failure and acute or chronic pancreatitis.There are no separate guidelines for type 3c diabetes mellitus.
