The waste of agricultural products caused by improper transportation and packaging is huge every year. In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the loss of agricultural products and packaging waste, the application of standard turnover baskets is of great significance. In this paper, according to the present situation of waste of fruits and vegetables, the advantages and challenges of sharing standard turnover baskets by green circulation were analyzed, and an effective incentive mechanism aimed at promoting the application of standard turnover basket in agricultural products logistics was put forward. This paper is of great practical significance to environmental protection and the realization of sustainable development goals in China.","PeriodicalId":199084,"journal":{"name":"2021 9th International Conference on Traffic and Logistic Engineering (ICTLE)","volume":"156 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121253200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two Stackelberg game frameworks respectively in manufacturer and retailer dominant structures are discussed. In equilibrium, players gain more expected profits from occupying dominant position in the retailer's dual-channel supply chain. However, the retailer's dual-channel supply chain gets the same total expected profit in the manufacturer and retailer dominant structures. That is, the PoA in two dominant structures are the same. And, some executable policies to increase total expected profit and decrease efficiency loss in the retailer's dual-channel supply chain are obtained. Numerical study displays that efficiency loss in decentralized retailer's dual-channel supply chain is at least 20% and at most 33.3%.","PeriodicalId":199084,"journal":{"name":"2021 9th International Conference on Traffic and Logistic Engineering (ICTLE)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123556001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This ratio is projected to reach to 66% by 2050, where it was only 34% in the 1960s. The continuous growth in the urban population will lead to the increase in traffic volume. For an urban road network, the expansion of road infrastructure to improve the operation capacity can certainly match the needs for the growth in road traffic. However, it is not a sustainable solution due to the limited land resource and expensive construction. Improving the performance of traffic control systems can be an alternative solution to minimize the congestion and reduce the delays of travel. Sharjah has a population of 1.51 million with neighboring emirate of Dubai with 3.32 million and Ajman 0.54 million having a considerable amount of inter-emirate traffic, creating traffic congestion during peak hours. Sharjah Urban Traffic Control System (UTC) has a network of 47 traffic signals and 61 pedestrian signals connected by a microwave system and controlled by the SCOOT (Split Cycle Offset Optimization Technique) software. The CCTV system and a control room to monitor all the junctions. As Sharjah being the cultural capital of the UAE and due to the steady growth of the city it has come to a stage to review the entire UTC system and the related ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) elements and come up with improvement suggestions and to cater the traffic growth to make the journey through Sharjah city a pleasurable experience. Along with possible improvement suggestions lessons learnt and challenges from operation and management of one of the world's popular software SCOOT is also discussed in this paper.","PeriodicalId":199084,"journal":{"name":"2021 9th International Conference on Traffic and Logistic Engineering (ICTLE)","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132529595","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is of great significance to study the measures of transportation carbon emission reduction. First of all, the “bottom-up” method was used to preliminarily estimate China's transport carbon emissions from 2008 to 2018. Second, on the method of combining qualitative and quantitative system dynamics, the transportation carbon emission system was divided into four subsystems, economy, transportation, energy and environment, and determined the internal structure of each subsystem and the feedback relationship between each subsystem.Then, on this basis, the system flow diagram of the transportation carbon emission system was established. Finally, based on the constructed SD model, a total of 9 scenarios were set to simulate the implementation effect of transportation emission reduction measures.The results shown that the transport and energy structure adjustment has the best emission reduction effect, followed by improving the efficiency of carbon pollution control and increasing environmental protection investment. The SD model of transportation carbon emission constructed in this paper can effectively simulate the implementation effect of different transportation carbon emission reduction policies, and has certain practical application value.","PeriodicalId":199084,"journal":{"name":"2021 9th International Conference on Traffic and Logistic Engineering (ICTLE)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123422787","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Compared to highway and aviation transport, railway transportation has the advantages of large volumes, timeliness, energy saving and environmental protection. The construction of an urban logistics system based on railways plays an important role in realizing zero CO2 emissions in Beijing in the future. Therefore, sustainable External Collection and Internal Distribution urban logistics network design by rail. The concept model was defined via graph theory and a related network design was developed. Using Beijing as an example, the City's road map was created and the demand and candidate Urban Distribution Center (UDC) geographic information was collected to be loaded. We compared the selections of 1 to 10 UDCs on the map. The most common UDCs were Huang Tudian, Shi Jingshan South and Chang Ping when selecting between more than two UDCs. The sustainable and zero emissions of urban freight transportation in Beijing can be achieved through this model.","PeriodicalId":199084,"journal":{"name":"2021 9th International Conference on Traffic and Logistic Engineering (ICTLE)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113959333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
