The model takes into account the specific characteristics of passenger transport vehicles, their behavior in mixed traffic, and their impact on the overall traffic flow. We conducted extensive simulations using the developed microscopic traffic flow model to evaluate the influence of passenger transport on the traffic flow characteristics. The simulations were based on real-world scenarios and considered different traffic conditions, including varying traffic volumes. Our results demonstrate that the presence of passenger transport vehicles has a significant impact on the microscopic characteristics of traffic flow on country roads. We observed that the introduction of passenger transport vehicles affects the overall traffic flow dynamics, including vehicle speeds, acceleration patterns, and lane-changing behavior of both passenger transport and other vehicles in traffic flow. Furthermore, we found that the interaction between passenger transport and other vehicles plays a crucial role in determining the traffic flow characteristics. Additionally, our study highlights the importance of considering passenger transport in traffic flow models and transportation planning. The presence of passenger transport vehicles can significantly impact the overall performance of the road network, including travel time, congestion, and safety. Therefore, incorporating the characteristics and behavior of passenger transport vehicles into traffic flow models can provide more accurate predictions and assist in developing effective traffic management strategies. In conclusion, this study contributes to a better understanding of the influence of passenger transport on the microscopic characteristics of traffic flow on roads. The developed microscopic traffic flow model provides valuable insights into the behavior of passenger transport vehicles and their interaction with other vehicles, leading to a comprehensive understanding of traffic flow dynamics. The findings of this study can aid transportation planners and policymakers in making informed decisions for improving the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of road networks.","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88246496","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general, both in the field of medicine and in the world, oncology completely changes human life. It affects the physiological process and the psyche. The life of cancer patients in remission is undergoing great changes. Cancer changes the system of ideas of person. In general, basic beliefs represent cognitive schemas of a person, which are established throughout whole life and determine a person’s ideas about himself and about the external world. One or another psychotrauma, including life-threatening phenomena, often changes beliefs. Based on this, the purpose of the study is to determine what are the basic beliefs of female patient in remission. Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to study this issue. Janof-Bulman’s questionnaire “Scale of basic beliefs” is a method of quantitative research, which establishes what is a person’s idea about the world, well-being and ingenuity. In addition, the data of the qualitative research method were used and processed, in particular, those obtained as a result of in-depth interviews, whose task is to determine what role the change in basic beliefs played for a person, who it affected the quality of his life and relationships. The results of questionnaire revealed that the basic beliefs of cancer patient in remission don’t differ in any way from the same beliefs of women who didn’t have oncology. The results of the interview revealed that the quality of life if cancer patient has changed in a positive direction. They noted that their attitude to the world, to themselves and relationships has improved.","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"40 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75128605","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goal is to develop an algorithm for building an optimization method for a tanker from an oil terminal, which represents the cost from the pipeline as a Fourier series. The problem of the hydraulic differential equation for loading oil flow from the terminal to the tankers is discussed. After integration, the equation does not have an obvious solution and must be solved approximately by an iterative or graphical method. As a result, factors and regularities are identified, which are combined with real oil parameters. Therefore, for the first time in Georgia, an original methodology for building an optimization algorithm for oil loading from a terminal to a tanker was developed.","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135187963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The combination of cardiovascular diseases with the pathology of other internal organs dictates the need to prescribe a variety of drugs. A comorbid patient is a serious problem for any clinician, since in this case it is necessary to take into account several components of therapy, which makes it difficult to control the effectiveness of the treatment, increases polypharmacy, the likelihood of developing local and systemic side effects of drugs, and also reduces adherence to therapy. The article presents a discussion of the clinical case of a comorbid patient, which required a broad outlook of the therapist in the field of not only cardiological aspects of diagnosis and treatment, but also nephrological, rheumatological. The stages of the performed diagnostic search with the verification of the clinical diagnosis and the tactics of the prescribed pharmacotherapy are given. Based on the presented data, it is shown that in conditions of comorbidity it is difficult for a doctor to avoid polypharmacy. We present to your attention a clinical observation in which combined independent clinical conditions acquire the character of comorbid processes, determining the difficult situation of choosing a rational therapy.","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"53 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88688608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among mental disorders, there are psychoses of different genesis, affective disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, substance abuse, dual disorder, etc. The study within the prison system of the relationship between crime committed by an individual and mental disorders is a very interesting current problem. I think the study of personality disorders in prisons deserves special attention. The goal of this study was to examine personality disorders in prisoners placed in the psychiatric ward of the medical unit of the accused and convicted treatment facility. Of the 501 patients studied, the majority were men (448) and the minority were women (12) what is consistent with the statistics for the penitentiary system as a whole. Indicators such as age, place of permanent residence, and education were included in the survey and are presented in the corresponding tables. These tables show that the average age of the participants is young (39 years), most of them live in the regions (59.3%), and have secondary education (71.3%). According to the results of the study, 77% of the participants were diagnosed with emotionally unstable (borderline) personality disorder (F60.3), which is included in the B-cluster of personality disorders. This, on its turn, as the relevant literature shows, is consistent with the findings of other studies. However, the given studies show: B Cluster personality disorders give the following picture: antisocial personality disorder in men (47%); and borderline and antisocial personality disorder in women (25% and 21%, respectively).","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78274736","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
