In this paper, the initial auction proportion of carbon emission trading (CET) market is designed, and the uniform-price auction and the discriminatory-price auction are considered, and a multi-agent simulation model of the interaction between CET market and electricity market is constructed. The simulation results show that with the increase of the auction proportion in the primary CET market, the electricity price in the electricity market keeps rising, and the discriminatory-price auction is more suitable for China's national conditions. The discriminatory-price auction can stimulate the enthusiasm of power generation firms to participate in carbon trading, and enable the government to obtain higher revenue. At the same time, the discriminatory-price auction has a more violent emission reduction effect.","PeriodicalId":198086,"journal":{"name":"2022 Asian Conference on Frontiers of Power and Energy (ACFPE)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127275458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Green electricity and carbon market mechanism will help China achieve the “dual carbon.” Under the existing green electricity trading mechanism, the carbon reduction benefits of wind power are quantified and converted into an environmental premium. Considering the environmental premium and carbon cost, a low carbon economic scheduling model with wind power system is established. MATLAB and CPLEX are used to solve the problem, and the influence of different carbon prices on dispatching costs is analyzed. The results show that the above model can effectively take the impact of carbon quota and environmental premium of renewable energy on the power generation cost into consideration. It can balance the economy of electricity production of the system with the responsibility of low-carbon emission.","PeriodicalId":198086,"journal":{"name":"2022 Asian Conference on Frontiers of Power and Energy (ACFPE)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122444083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in the case of short micro network feeder conditions, DPGS exhibits synchronous frequency resonance (SFR) phenomenon in the face of imbalanced DC components in power gird. This paper uses small signal analysis method to deduce the SFR mechanism in detail, which has not been well-explored in the prior research. Establishing an accurate device life model considering the influence of specific engineering application environmental conditions is of great significance to improve the reliability of devices and the setting of operation and maintenance schemes. Based on the existing accelerated life test theory and the working characteristics of high-power thyristors, this paper builds a thyristor life test chamber at high altitudes. Through the long-term withstand voltage of all the tested thyristors, the actual running time of the breakdown thyristors is recorded, and finally the life prediction model between the thyristor failure rate and different bias voltages in the high-altitude environment is obtained. The model and test results show that the failure rate of thyristor is positively correlated with the applied bias voltage. The failure rate model of thyristor under voltage stress in high-altitude area established by this test can be used to calculate the failure rate of thyristor under different operating conditions of actual engineering in high-altitude environment, and it has important guiding significance for predicting the life and improving the reliability of the entire HVDC transmission system.","PeriodicalId":198086,"journal":{"name":"2022 Asian Conference on Frontiers of Power and Energy (ACFPE)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127927687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, with the trend of high renewable energy penetration, the randomness and volatility pose a great challenge to the power grid. Compared with the power system with strong inertia, the weak grid is more vulnerable to fluctuations caused by renewable energy generation. In this sense, distributed energy storage systems are necessary for a weak grid to mitigate the negative effect of renewable energy. This paper proposes an optimal location and sizing framework for distributed energy storage systems in a weak power system. Furthermore, the problem is formulated as a non-linear, non-convex optimization problem and solved by an adaptive particle swarm optimization. A real-world weak grid, Ali regional power grid, is selected to perform case studies and numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":198086,"journal":{"name":"2022 Asian Conference on Frontiers of Power and Energy (ACFPE)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129198002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the existing evaluation method which focuses on the overall assessment of contractors is lacking effective evaluation rules for the single project. To deal with this issue, we propose a PCA-based evaluation method for distribution network engineering contractors, to supplement the existing evaluation system. First, evaluation indexes for distribution network engineering contractors were selected by principal component analysis (PCA). The dimensions of the raw data can be reduced and main feature components of data can be extracted by PCA. Then, the weight of each index was calculated to enhance the applicability of the selected index. Finally, based on the selected quality indexes and the weight of them, we propose an evaluation method for the single project. To analysis the impedance characteristic of VSG and grid-tied system stability, this paper firstly proposes a novel outer control loop of power for the VSG. Combined with the classical inner-current loop, fast current regulation and over-current protection and vector control can be realized. Afterwards, small-signal impedance models of VSG as well as inner-current and outer-power loops in the synchronous reference (d-q) frame are derived. As the d-axis of the d-q frame of VSG varies with the command reference and doesn't always coincide with the system voltage vector during steady state, an impedance transformation matrix (ITM) is introduced, through which all the impedances can be reconstructed to a unified d-q frame for the sake of comparison and analysis. On the basis of the work above, the impedance characteristics and related influence factors like inertia, damping factor are analyzed. Results show that: 1) Inertia and damping factors have little effects on the impedance characteristic; 2) Compared with PLL-based inverter impedance, the impedance characteristic of VSG-based inverter is much better for system stability; 3) At the unity power factor working point, the resistance part of is positive, being of importance for suppressing sub-synchronous oscillation caused by negative resistance. Finally, simulation of data on MATLAB /Simulink is built to testify the validity of the small-signal impedance models.","PeriodicalId":198086,"journal":{"name":"2022 Asian Conference on Frontiers of Power and Energy (ACFPE)","volume":"157 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123706587","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
