Finally, based on the selected quality indexes and the weight of them, we propose an evaluation method for the single project. Abstract

The evaluation for distribution network engineering contractors is contributed to the development of power system. However, the existing evaluation method which focuses on the overall assessment of contractors is lacking effective evaluation rules for the single project. To deal with this issue, we propose a PCA-based evaluation method for distribution network engineering contractors, to supplement the existing evaluation system. First, evaluation indexes for distribution network engineering contractors were selected by principal component analysis (PCA).
